Visit to Cinnabon today. Love Cinnabon! Unfortunately they do new math and I don’t understand. I asked for a four pack to go. The young lady says there are none. There are 5 in a pan and they had just put out a new pan next to it. Asked if I can have some of those. Nope because “they just came out of the oven. If they are placed in a box they will sweat too much”. This is where the new math came to play. “I can sell you 4 individual Cinnabons in individual boxes”. Of course I had to ask, “won’t they sweat”? Blank stare. Silence. I asked, “will you charge me for a 4 pack ($13.99)”? Her, “no, I have to charge you individually ($4.59 each)”. 👋

Place never has ice . doesn't put a sign up . So you get in line then get too the cashier and that's when they tell you . Takes them 20 min too make the sausage rolls . Very bad service . Being a busy place . They should have better service . Disrespectful employees.
First time trying cinnabon and OMG best cinnamon rolls I've ever tried. They're fresh made and it's even warm when they're served. We asked for the classic roll which is kinda big, I'd say it's even enough for two people, and also ordered the "Center of the Roll" which is like a cup filled with bite size pieces of the center of cinnamon rolls, with caramel pecan on top (additional cost), which made it even sweeter but with a cup of unsweet coffee tastes amazing.
Hours of operation say it opens at 10am but it was 1:15pm and the three employees inside said they don't open until 2pm. Why so many employees for a closed restaurant. It is located in the Outlet Shoppes which opens at 10am but they won't open for 4hrs after the shoppes have been open, makes no sense.
Well they opened at 11;30 BUT they had NO Cinnabon ready!!! Said it would be another 20 minutes before any would be ready. SO WHY ARE THEY OPEN??? Advertise breakfast sandwiches and NOT OPEN FOR BREAKFAST!!! We left very DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY!!
