First let me start by saying how amazing the staff is. They are so welcoming with a positive uplifting vibe. You will always get a greeting even when they're busy. The daily specials and the reward card are great to use when wanting to try things. I haven't tried everything yet but 1 day I will. There is oatmeal daily and waffles on Wednesday. Fresh and hot. The loaded teas are to die for and a not loaded with sugar but loaded with energy so makes them that much better. The shakes are the best and they keep you full.. The menu changes monthly however they will still make what you like if they have the ingredients, which usually they do. There are 2 nights they offer cardio Drumming class. It is a little over 30 minutes and like every workout it's what you put into it. From beginners to advanced anyone can do it. My 6yr and 7yr old girls go with me and they love it. Did I mention you get a free hydrating drink or small shake afterwards. If you haven't tried it you really should just once and you will not be disappointed. I don't work there I just really love it.

Great little hidden gem we found on our way through to Abilene. We will stop every time we go through. Got the Tiger’s Blood tea and a Strawberry, Banana smoothie! So delicious and refreshing!
