Says open Mondays- Saturday. We drove there only to find it closed at 10am. They should update their hours if they will be closing during the week. I was looking forward to having good strong coffee

Everything was amazing and the portions were very large at a reasonable price. The cafe con leche was perfect. My husband had the Cuban breakfast sandwhich and loved it! My daughter had the three egg breakfast the homestyle potatoes were perfect. I asked for a cuban sandwhich with veggies which is not on the menu. The owners were so accomodating, they made it and it was fantastic. We will be back soon!!

Nice little spot to have breakfast and coffee. Lovely lady with her son were behind the counter (family owned obviously) and she’s very helpful. Food came out fresh and tasty and loved the coffee. I think this place deserves more customers. I will definitely go back and recommend this place to coffee and breakfast lovers!

It’s a shame I don’t live near or I would frequent this cafe a lot more. Extremely friendly staff and the food and coffee speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and stop by..guarantees you’ll be back.

First time here. Got French toast (which does not include cinnamon which maybe they should change the name to Vanilla toasted bread with powdered sugar). I got the ham and cheese sandwhich is was good but basic. I got the cafe con leche it was good size mug and cute! It was what i liked the most.

Was at the end of my birthday weekend in Crystal Beach and we stayed a couple nights in La Porte. The wife found this place online. We love visiting small, family run businesses so we gave breakfast a shot. This joint is a joint, but in a good way. The owners are so nice and accommodating. I asked for a Ropa Vieja, 3 egg omelet (not on the menu) and they made it. The Cuban Breakfast sandwich is delicious and the bread they use taste as if was flown in from Cuba. The potatoes are crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle (like they all should be) and the empanadas...hands down the best ones so far! And of course the coffee. They have a small coffee menu but so far, everything we've had is great. The Cafe con Leche and the Mocha (dark chocolate, always!) are smooth and delicious! So good that we came here the second day on our way home. We'll be back!

Hit the spot! I had the original Cuban and cafe con leche. Absolutely delicious. The bread was toasted to perfection. Crisp without being tough or chewy. Could have used a little more cheese but delicious all the same. My daughter ordered fried plantains that were delicious. Crunchy on the ends and the sweet flavor exploding in your mouth. Highly recommend coming here.

Card fraud: Today at 6:50-7am my sister went to buy food there. a few hours later she started getting charged at different places that in total charged her $1000 on her card. So anybody who reads this be carful because they are being very sneaky. It’s unbelievable. Or they need to fix their stuff it’s unbelievable.
