After the remodel, the same name, but a completely different place. Mexican food. Great food, great service. I now like eating here. Nice change

First and last time !! Service ok, but food very bad, they supposed serve Mexican food, but they are completely wrong. We got pastor tacos and they add Cajun seasoning to the pork meat that was horrible. The fajita tacos over seasoned with pepper and very salty; the carnitas tacos it was just boiled meat, picadillo (ground beef) very flavorless and everything was cold. Hot chocolate made from instant pockets good but they need to add more to the cup, otherwise taste like hot water. The coffee it was really good; we gave two stars for the waitress and the coffee. This is a true and real review. They need a real Mexican cook to serve Mexican food.

What a nice surprise! Food was excellent, fresh tortillas and Mexican food with a few other options. Waitress was so friendly and the place is fresh and tidy. We will stop here whenever we drive from Austin to the Beach. A great experience!

Had breakfast there once. Food was served cold and coffee was dishwater. Not a repeat at $30 for two.

Excellent Mexican food. It's Bartolo's place, so you know you're getting excellent food and service. We're going back for the old "Riverside Breakfast" next.

Father and I came in and had a burger and a bacon cheese burger. Obvious pre-made patty that had zero flavor and not sure how they cooked it, but it looked and tasted boiled. Onion rings were good however. All in all we had two burgers, mine with onion rings, his with fries and we both had tea. For a $38 price point, the quality should be alot higher.

Juevos Ranchero breakfast good. Only 1 piece of bacon though. Service was good and friendly. A nice local place to have a cheap meal and ice tea.

The western omelette was amazing, but kinda big lol Our waitress was kinda rude today, but whatever lol it's our 1 year anniversary and I don't care The place was pretty clean & a very quiet, cute little country cafe. Not too shabby for a breakfast cafe I would say but also not really a big selection on breakfast.

Had breakfast. I asked sunny side up and the top wasn't even cooked. Bottom side was barely cut. Maybe 2 spoonfuls of fried potatos. Sausage patties and the biscuit were good. Eggs and potatoes were cold. Probably will my first and last time there. Small portions for $10 plus drink. I'll just go to Taco Shack on Saturdays.
