The food is absolutely delicious. Buyer beware, the portions are more than plentiful. If you’re in the area and are trying to decide where to eat, this is a must.
Probably the best breakfast I had, everything is made in house and from scratch. We tried the Smoked Brisket Hash and El Jeffe Breakfast plates. Served with homemade tortillas and buttermilk biscuits. Place is packed on Saturday at 8 AM. A local's favorite!!!

"Was", my favorite breakfast place. They changed the menu and cooks. NUEVO RANCHERO last (2) times here for breakfast was "Terrible", sausage patties overlooked ( burnt), overeasy eggs burned crispy on bottom, hash brown potatoes burnt crisp toast was burned... worst was the Ranchero sauce was unacceptable, not the standard Tex Mex Ranchero (tomato, jalapeño, onion). They have completely lost the old fashion Texas ranch style cooking they started with. Four of us have eaten there regularly for several years (All of us are native Texas ranchers). Breakfast Definitely not recommended
Brisket omelet was outstanding! As we're the tamales! FRIENDLY STAFF! Worth the short drive from downtown!
My wife and I went here back in 2021. While we were on a get away. We had breakfast here. I recommend the steak and aggs. The steak is as good or if not better than a big name steakhouse.
Good food, brought to you really quickly, with friendly service and a small town dinner atmosphere. The smoked brisket hash is my favorite.
This place isn't fancy so if that's what you're looking for this isn't it. However, the cafe is fine and my meal was so good and at a great price. Would definitely come back!
Went to breakfast here. It was AMAZING
When you first walk in you get the mom and pop feel of the place. We find our place to sit and is soon greeted by a friendly server. He dropped off the menus and took our drink order. Now I have lived in Kerrville now for 9 months and have yet to find a good steak house to compare to the glory that You&I restaurant in Corpus has. I ordered the 16oz ribeye rare and I always do. What the waiter brought out was seasoned perfection. The sides was also good but your not here for that. The steak was cooked perfectly with the right amount of heat. Seasoned to prefection and it almost brought a tear to my eye. Would definitely recommend and 100% will go back. I have finally found a place for a steak dinner!
I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was absolutely the best burger!!!! Our waitress was friendly, professional and very attentive. The restaurant was very crowded but everything was excellent.
Country club food with Dairy Queen atmosphere and prices! So very good! So very friendly! Always crowded! Take out is great too! Amazing local favorite.

One of the employees by the name of "Chris" was rather rude to my family and I. He had a complete disregard for the work environment and even;/pQ!ast gas infront of my family and I. In addition he got our orders wrong. My father who happens to be allergic to beans and legumes, asked for them to be removed from his meal. This malefactor instead neglected my fathers allergie and served him beans. I refuse to step foot into this establishent, due to the awful service and overall rudness of this individual.
I really enjoyed it, their green and red salsas were so good, I couldn't decide which was better.
