First and last visit to Tim Horton's. I do not see the big deal about this place. I ordered bacon, egg, cheese croissants and b,e, cheese biscuit that were less than mediocre and This place is stingy with the bacon with 2 skinny pieces and this place is extremely small and only has 1 high chair not considering parents w babies. ** one good thing is they have military discount. That's it. I will never come back.
I got to know this place for the first time in Canada and I've been wanting to go there since they started building it, but if memory serves me, I remember that the menu there was much more varied, here there are only some sweet breads and coffee. For breakfast on the run it's fine, but I don't think it's the best option.
Awesome. A lot better than Starbucks. Great food, great pastries, great drink. A bit taste of Canada
I tried it when they first opened and I was disappointed. So recently I gave them a second chance and I was very pleased. I had a cream cold brew and it was excellent but much cheaper than Starbucks. I agree with the previous review so I had to request it with half the sugar and then it was perfect. Also, tried some donuts and their blueberry muffin which were delicious just like I had in Canada recently. Customer service was great as well. Suggestions: improve the croissants to match the ones in Canada and add the other croissant varieties. That will really help stand out from the competition in Texas. Food industry is highly competitive here😀
Loved it! As a Canadian, it's like a piece of going home. Even hockey rink tables, bit forgot to check to see if there's a loonie in the floor.
My experience was amazing, customer service the best experience ever, my coffee and dunuts so delicious. The restaurant looks great and very clean and comfortable. I would like to recommend this place 100%. Thanks for your dedication. Gabby and team
When they opened they were okay, but now they are going downhill. When you order thru the app and get to the location to pick up your order, they are out of half the things you ordered. At the point, I just wanted a refund on my sandwich cuz they were saying it would take an additional 10 minutes. I was then told they could not issue a refund and I would have to contact customer service. I asked can you please guide me how I can do this, they were like I don't know just follow it on the app. Basically, 2 things they need to work on: Inventory and educated workers
If you are a Canadian expat, you are going to be disappointed. 3 timbits is weak and no sandwiches. Perhaps I have been away from Canada too long but I remember Tim Hortons having a pretty good sandwich. This Tim Hortons does not compare with what Texas already has to offer 😊😊
I never seem to get good service in the drive through. I pull up, wait and wait until I start saying “Hello” and never get a reply. It’s happened 3 times in the past two weeks and I’ve just left without being able to order because no one is there to help take my order. It’s very frustrating.
Love the cold brew and breakfast sandwiches although lately the cheese on my sandwich hasn't been melted and it's disappointing... still good though.
THEY ARE RACIST! SUPER LONG WAIT! We waited 35 mins for just 4 cups of coffee (black coffee and lattes). There were at least 8 parties behind us even got their orders before us. They apologized to every customers saying sorry for the wait except for us. When we finally pick up our orders, the shift manager named GABBY gave us a funny look and did not apologize at all. They need better operational training and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) training. They have no idea what they’re doing, super confused on the orders, keep switching orders to orders. There are a lot more better coffee shops around. We LOVE Tim Hortons but the food and service at this location are not worth the wait and we’re definitely not coming back ever.
The coffee is always fresh. I usually get black coffee with cream and sugar on the side. The timbits are so good and soft and flavorful. I have to start myself from eating an entire box.
I moved down from Canada a few years ago and was excited to see Tim’s had come to town. I understand that it’s not supposed to be gourmet but this was terrible in every way. I got a double double, timbits and a sausage egg biscuit. It was all bad but the sausage patty deserves a special note. It was tough like rubber and looked to be made of off coloured brown seeds. The one bite I took had a nasty chemical taste. This is NOT the Timmy’s you know and love - disappointment guaranteed.
I first experienced Tim Hortons aka Tim Hoots in Kandahar Afghanistan and I’m so happy to have one nearby. Absolutely delicious coffee and snacks.
I’ve been at this location twice with the expectation that my next experience will be better than the first, but I keep getting my hopes let down. This being my second experience, every item I ordered was wrong. For the price I paid for my order, I was hoping the meal would have been better. I asked for the avocado bacon toast and there was no bacon. I asked for a hot drink and I was provided a cold drink. The hash browns were mushy. My coworker is from Canada and she spoke very highly of Tim Hortons. I came expecting something great but I was unfortunately let down. I love the look of the restaurant though and the way the restaurant is laid out aesthetically is nice.
Limited choice of donuts and menu items. Coffee is good but not a lot of variety on offer. Also think the coffee may not get favored by true aficionados. Offers a decent choice away from the other chains but probably not worth a visit across town.
Second time here. Cold tim bits is not it and being out of hash towns. The mango refresher is good. Hoping they will improve on service once the constant rush dies down. Little tip for the traffics guide. Don’t have pick up trucks in the second lane with the rush. Came for the Ramadan to get some post taraween donuts and Tim bits. Asked for fresh Tim bits and donuts to be warmed. Got told they don’t have a microwave. The worst customer service by the Mexican female and such attitude. Don’t work if you don’t want to be at work and do your job. Won’t be returning here again.
04/13/23 Usually they are very quick on the drive thru but this morning was a horrible experience. They had cars pull forward to a parking spot just to forget about us waiting while other vehicles behind us were able to get their orders.I didn't even have a large order and it involved just regular coffee.Went inside and asked for a refund. This needs to be taken more seriously cause this is peoples early commute being altered.
Being from Toronto I was very happy when I got the double double (coffee with 2 cream, 2 sugar) and the Honey Cruller donut. Tasted like home! This store has limited options in comparison to Canadian timmys but everything is very good!
Quick to take your order inside, but slower than frozen molasses to make it. Employees talking loud about other workers being slow, but not doing anything about it. Not like the old Tim Hortons up north at all. This is a much smaller Tim's as well, so selection isn't as great.
