I love this spot. But since when do they ask for tips at the window? Can i offer it? Maybe ask for it with a smile instead of Stone cold straight face.. what an awkward moment. Now how can i continue to go there..
I like the coffee but today they did close early which is why I giving 4 stars.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was ice cold in the middle! Then the cinnamon bun was melting hot....the icing was oozing off the bun.....don't know whats going on with their system to warm things up but it was off today. And too expensive for all of that hassle...
So I come here and the screen to order on is broken so I can't see anything on the menu..its black..so then I try to go to the mobile side and apparently I can't..so I'm like well how am I supposed to see what my options are to order right?? I felt defeated and noone was really trying to accommodate so I just asked what they recommended since I've never came here before. So I got my drinks ,2 of them that I ordered and they were disgusting, I didn't even taste any coffee in it and watered down..I don't recommend this place at all ...take the drive down further to dunkin or black rock because the coffee isn't great and the service is terrible...what a waste of my hard earned money...highly disappointed!!
I went to the coffee place for the first time. The only pleasant thing about this place that I observed was the lineup set up in the way that you can order. My coffee was just like my service unpleasant. Would rather go to Starbucks to spend more money than order from here again.

I always judge a place on how I like their mocha and my god. Yes. Also the caramel muffin is absolutely delicious!
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. I don’t tip because every time I go now, (I go pretty often) my drink is not up to par. the funny thing is when I’m handed the drink the young lady laughs and closes the window as to continue laughing because she knows that the drink was messed up. I’m usually in a rush to work and don’t have time to sit there and argue. I’m not getting it for free so I don’t know why I’m getting anything less then what Im paying for. Management needs to step up and fix this problem asap.
We really enjoyed the blended coffee and matcha green tea. Great customer service.

Awful experience, rude workers. Employee spilled hot coffee on my hand when I took my drink, the employees refused to apologize and took no responsibility for their actions, if the lid had been properly tightened then the hot coffee would not had spilled on my hand. Don’t expect good customer service.

Fast and friendly service. Nice space for drive-thru. Lots of options for food and drinks. The turtle latte was very tasty.
Omg, first time trying the coffee and I love the taste! Blueberry muffin so yummy, staff is fast and courteous.
After placing your order at the drive-thru, they tell you "scoot on up". A place on the words of the business' name. Very subtle but appreciated difference from other coffee shops. It brought a smile to my face. I ordered the iced praline caramelicious drink and waffle breakfast sandwich. The drink was not too sugary and didn't overpower the coffee. It was well-balance and refreshing. The waffle is a little sweet on the sandwich but the sausage balances it out. Overall, I will make this place a routine visit for coffee beverages. Love the service provided and hope it's consistently positive.
I have been seeing a lot of new locations of these popping up so I thought I would give them a try. I ordered the Praline Caramelicious hot latte. It was a perfect flavor. It was sweet and salty. I enjoyed it so much I had to get another one the next day. So delicious. I recommend you check them out. A good alternative to Starbucks.
I used to come here almost daily but will not come back for awhile. Since they've segregated the mobile lane and the drive thru order lane I have nearly gotten hit 2x. A confusing parking lot made more confusing by the new lane divide. Coffee is good but not worth a collision.
Coffee is a bit expensive, just like Starbucks, but way better quality. So, I guess you get bang for your buck. I went with one of my dogs and they offered a pup cup, and what I loved about the pup cup is it's not just whipped cream they actually give you a treat as well! Loved that small touch. Quality coffee, and great customer service towards you and your dog!
