Please don't ever change your good ol' fashioned recipe for these amazing donuts! I enjoy them when I swing through Houston. Always such a treat! Smiling faces in the drive-thru window, as well. I love coming here.

Stopped by Sunday April 30th at 730 am and the store was closed..why shippley be closed on Sunday..very disappointing ...need to find a new place to get my donut fix 🤔

They overcharge a dollar more on donuts, meanwhile, all other Shipley for a dozen mix is the same price regardless... And care how they serve your coffee or drinks guy keeps putting his finger on tip of where I drink, I ask him to get me another one and he continues to put his finger on the tip of where I drink my coffee I ask for 3rd time, and told him don't put your hand on my top tip, that where I drink my coffee... and their donuts are not as good as other Shipley donuts, to be charging a dollar more!
Stale donuts (tasted like day olds) at a premium, taste nothing like other shipley locations.

I almost never give a 1 star review but its warranted. Shipleys is a lazy attempt to sell donuts at a premium price. Lobby is closed since covid began and it's the end of 2022. Seems absurd. One would think if the new permanent format is a drive thru that in 3 years they would put a menu up showing what they have to sell, nope. Only drive thru I know of with no menu or posted prices. (Important comment, read on) What is inexcusable is charging over $30 for a dozen glaze, dozen chocolate glaze, two coffees and a bottle of milk at a drive thru only shop. What is robbery is realizing the Sat 7am donuts appear to be day old donuts. Every donut was stiff, dry and cold. We ended up throwing them away. There are other options nearby that provide better donuts, with a selection you can see to choose from, at a more reasonable price with the optional benefit of eating them inside so not messing up your car. This particular Shipley restaurant, is the cleanest, well run,great customer service experience that I've had, in a very long time. They are very far from my home, but I will return, over and over again! Thank you and may God bless you and your business! $ Monroe $
Assortment of donuts. Granddaughters enjoy donut holes. Friendly and courteous staff.
