OLD, STALE AND HARD. I contemplated on driving to Krispy Kreme to by doughnuts for my Daughter's Birthday to take to her school. I decided it was too far and not worth it since we have DD so close. BAD CHOICE. I bought 3 dozen doughnuts and was very dissapointment. They were hard and stale.
Great place. Delicious refreshers and ice coffee. I visit several time a week. Friendly staff. Also take my doggies and they get a treat. They love it. Use app to get credit for more stuff.
I went to this Dunkin it's always something different that happens this time they gave me my drink but never mentioned that they were out caramel and chocolate syrup and not only that but did not give me a straw. We also asked for strawberry frosted donuts and they gave me chocolate frosted. We will not be running on Dunkin no more.
Been trying to get the Rockstar punch drink for a week now. Been several times, morning, afternoon night and it's nearly impossible to get. On 3 occasions I was also missing items from my order and one order was wrong. Just need better organizational skills and a better stock of inventory

Staff needs more training it doesn’t take 8 people to take an order and make one persons coffee they ignore people when you come in and takes for ever to get a simple coffee or donut ordering ahead they lack also
Very friendly and they always leave my coffee perfect.
Food: I ordered a dozen assorted donuts and was given a pre-made box with stale donuts in it. Service: The young womans at the register had no customer service skills but the other interactions I had with employees were phenomenal. Atmosphere: It was nice and cool temperature but the sun beams hars through the front windows and there are no shades to protect you from it.
They're tightening up their shot group at this location. Great to see!

Super slow, always get something wrong
Been here numerous times, they are always unreasonably slow. Some employees are doing their best while others are slowing down the whole team. It tool 20 minutes for my order to show up, wrong. Never going to get from them again until they can show they can work in a timely matter.

I've come many times to this Dunkin' donuts before but this time I encountered a gentleman by the name of Robert which was very professional and polite.
The 3 times coming here everything the donuts are crunchy. Like old? Won't be going back.
