We had their iced coffee, which is their signature blend. Their roasters are local to the central Texas area. The space is open and clean, but rustic and cozy at the same time. You just feel at home when you walk in. But the best part of this shop are the owners and their staff. Everyone greets you with a smile, and friendly conversation. Robert took the time to share his story with us, and it was such a blessing. Whether you’re local or visiting, make it a point to stop in here!

I came here while visiting the in-laws and I was completely astounded. My coffee was tasty and the coconut macaroon I had were both tasty and very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place over Starbucks any day of the week.

Literally one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to, such a sweet/genuine team, and the best bakery from a coffee shop I’ve had. The space is so cool also, great vibe. I’ll hit this place every time I’m in the area

The family running this place is so kind and friendly. I felt very welcome here. I love the idea of turning the upstairs into short term stays. I can’t wait to see this place in the future! Oh and the espresso is good and strong! So glad I stopped by here on my way outta town. Thank you Prairie coffee!

I enjoyed my experience, especially because I am picky about coffee, I have to say the coffee tastes great and the flavors supported the coffee and were not overpower. The owner is also open to critique which I felt was very community minded and I enjoyed asking questions. I can't wait for the full opening so I can be a regular. Highly recommend as soon as you can get there. 👍 Update: I'm going to leave the rating because the coffee is good but the muffins were way overbaked. Updates on the update: they are making everything better, come back soon for some exciting summer flavors. They are perfecting their cooking and recipes so they are worth coming back to. 😋 I'm not giving up on them and they aren't giving up either!

The atmosphere here is cozy. I loved the way old is made new but preserved the architecture! The coffee was great and the lemon poppyseed muffin was delicious and I’m glad Robert suggested to heat it up…it was tasty 😋!! This was my first visit here. I’m glad my sister brought me here!

I have loved being able to visit Prairie Coffee Co and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere, talking with the wonderful and friendly owners, and drinking my favorite coffee! I usually get an Americano with a little syrup, and it's delicious!

I love trying local coffee shops in my travels and we finally got a local coffee shop of our own! It was delicious and reasonably priced. Located in downtown. Will definitely go back!

I went into Prairie Coffee Co for the first time this morning while having a tire repaired at Crawford Smith, & it is so nice. I had a bacon feta quiche & a Cafe mocha. Both were very good. I got my order to go because I had to get to work, but found myself wishing I could stay for a bit. It's so nice inside. Rustic, but classic. Love the dark wood & light paint. There's also a small room with a table that can be used for a private meeting with sliding doors. This is such a great addition to our downtown.

Great coffee and more reasonably priced than big coffee chains. I usually pay $8 for a large iced caramel macchiato but here it was a little over $5 and already had 4 shots just like I like it but I'm used to paying extra for my extra shot. They won my business...This is my go to. They also have alternatives...oat, almond, and cocunut milk:)
