Worth it. New biz great beans make great coffee simple
This is by far, the best coffee shop I've been to. The service was impeccable!! We caught Billie himself in the shop, and he showed us a true experience to what real coffee tastes like. We even got a mini lecture about coffee beans and how the roasting process goes. Enough of that, time to talk about the COFFEE. We got a hot salty goat and an iced Paris Texas, the salty goat was incredible, the flavor, the silky smooth texture of the milk, the notes of the coffee in every sip, it was incredible. The Paris Texas was by no means lesser than the salty goat, the layers between the Tea and the Espresso were incredible. This shop really was an eye opener to how much passion can change coffee experience. The atmosphere, the vibe of the shop, the vibe of Billie, were all incredible and such a blast to experience first hand. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and get a chance to taste his coffee. If you want a place to truly experience what Espresso is really about, this is the place to go!! Definitely coming back! Thanks for the experience Billie!!!

A Heart of Coffee !! Yes I said it , not a cup of coffee but one that hits the heart!! Met the owner as well that jumped in , sat with us and spoke to us ! Great intimate experience!! A must stop by and try the coco puff cereal latte !!
Billie Joe was very generous with his time and conversation as well as his coffee knowledge. He’s got a wealth of knowledge and the coffee is fantastic. Also Ru makes an amazing cortado. He literally competes locally and you can tell he’s serious. Awesome, awesome spot!
I got a lavender latte, and it was excellent. The service was really friendly and patient, eager to answer any questions! They have a really broad selection of coffee available, they had 4 origins highlighted when I went in. Then they also have drinks like my lavender latte for the more casual coffee/espresso drinkers. I would also go back for the almond danish, which they warmed for us and brought it to the table! The atmosphere was clean and calm and comfortable.
Stop here for some great coffee if you're in the area.

We stopped by on our way home to Louisiana. Grabbed a bag of beans the owner recommended, and an americano. The beans are absolutely delicious no matter which way I brew them, even with some trickier techniques. They just have that much flavor. I'll probably only be in the area once more but I will definitely stop here again.
Friendly & informative. If you're unsure about any choices Billie will recommend according to your taste. Inside was nice, quiet and relaxing environment. If I'm ever in the area again def will stop by.

It's a great, laid-back atmosphere. You can sit around, talk, and/or bring your laptop. They put a special touch to their coffee. Try them out when you get a chance!

Billy Joe is a wealth of coffee knowledge and his shop is a great place for a cappuccino, latte, cold brew, and just about any other form of coffee you can imagine. Excellent bean quality and flavor.
I don’t know how properly to express: Billie makes *the best* cup of coffee I have *ever* had. Iced americano with a splash of cream (no sweeteners or flavors). The espresso is meticulously pulled, expertly roasted, carefully chosen. The true flavors of the bean shine through. Stop in for a great cup of coffee, and it maybe the best conversation you’ve had in awhile.

Beautiful coffee shop. The owner was such a pleasant person. He was doing plant care when I walked in and greeted me immediately! I got a drip coffee for my friend, who said that it was a really great coffee just black!!!! ☺️ I had already had a cup a coffee earlier, but wanted a hot beverage, so I got a hot green tea. The tea was a high quality product and tasted amazing with just a few pack of raw sugar. ☺️ I love the place! Fast and great service!!! 👍🏾👍🏾
