Stopped in town on a drive through to Fredericksburg. In much need of some Java and get the legs stretched and get the dogs out for a break. Was happy to spot this coffee shop. The owner was very nice and even made a suggestion for a dog park in the area when she saw our ridgies through the shop window. I'm sipping my Americano heading back down the road. It's excellent!! Better than buckstars.

Such a cute place. Had to stop somewhere for the bathroom on our way to Fredricksburg and thank goodness they were there! The lady was super nice and just felt homey. We got the ice coffee with hazelnut and it's delicious!

Cute place with a good cup of Joe. The only reason why I survived the trip to Dallas.

I got the worst food poisoning of my life after getting a frapp at this shop. My friend got a bit sick, but he just got back coffee. I think maybe better cleaning policies need to be enacted. We didn’t eat or drink prior or post our coffee there. I hate to leave a review like this, but I don’t want anyone to feel the way I did today.

She is the sweetest lady ever! We were stopping by to get some coffee. Great Ice Latte and the friendliest owner.

Locals recommended I stop here for coffee. Since I only drink coffee on days that end in "Y" :>), I dropped in. I was please with the freshly brewed coffee, but more so with the great conversation. The owner, a retired RN, devotes most of her time to creating knitted sundries for shoe box ministries to Belize and Guatemala. We had a wonderful conversation, while I enjoyed a cup of joe. I will return each time I pass through Goldthwaite!

The reviewers here must all be friends of the owner or something. My family and I stopped here for coffee. Even one of the locals recommended. They had a k-cup machine as their primary brewing source. My wife's coffee tasted like ashes, and my latte was just sugar milk. Maybe the antique store part of this place is better. I don't know.

Wonderful little shop in the small town of Goldthwaite at the junctions of Highways 16, 183 and 84. Stop and enjoy a great coffee, tea, protein drink or smoothie, along with a sweet treat. While there look at the unique merchandise in the consignment shop inside!

Love the owners and the atmosphere. Very kind people. I suggest the chocolate frapp for something sweet, a mango smoothie- half juice, half concentrate for something refreshing, or an iced chocolate roasted coffee no sweetener just half and half for a great tasting coffee!

Our family has enjoyed two delightful visits to the city square in Goldwaite. During visits to this revitalized town I was searching for a cup of coffee and discover the Aroma of Hope Coffee Shop. A ministry of Refuge Christian Ministries International, operated by the Olson family, visitors can enjoy a selection of coffees while perusing antiques and collectibles. Drinks and snacks are offered for a reasonable price. Your purchases support humanitarian missionary work in 5 countries and coffees brought back taste much better knowing this is true! Massages are available as well as fun shoppping!
