Always a amazing shopping experience! Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Food is always fresh as well.

It’s sad that Target has decided to push the transgender agenda & offer products in the front of the store that are offensive. I’m pretty sure that’s not your primary customer. I’m done shopping here. Bye!

Store is very, very understaffed. Long lines for self-checkout and only a few cashiers. The few cashiers are very, very slow. Long lines at registers that have cashiers as well.

Yesterday my husband stopped at target in Frisco TX to purchase a large dog kennel. E recently adopted a puppy, and are planning to kennel train. He walked around the store looking for the dog supplies. He noticed a person in electronics radio outloud a code. He kept walking, another associate confirmed the same code as my husband passed by their section. This continues a my husband is searching for the right place in the store. A guy appears wearing a green target logo shirt, starts following my husband around. After my husband found the large dog kennel, he heads to check out. While waiting in the self checkout line, the loss prevention guy (wearing the green target logo shirt) goes to a register, scans a card in it, and tells my husband to use that particular check out. The guy stands over my husband the whole time watching him every step of the way until my husband completed his purchase and left the store. Why are these details important? My husband is Hispanic, he worked hard all day, went to buy something we needed after being on his feet over 10 hours, only to be profiled. We will never shop at target again! This is not how hard working customers should expect to feel when spending their hard earned money at a store! I thought target was better than that!

No cashiers!!! Only self check out all these registers and no one working any of them only self check out. Man target u got to get it together

Store is out of stock of several items - shoes and Ulta makeup in particular. Customer service is under staffed with 7+ ppl in line and there were 2 people and then 1 left... Which turned to 10 people in about 1-2 min when that employee walked by behind the customer service line. Props to Gayle for keeping her conpisure and continuing to be cheery and handling the entire line herself. Update 5 min later and 13 ppl and line hasn't moved and some have left the line.

Most rude customer service help from cece I think was her name and the manager or supervisor elijah tried to return an item and acted as if I was stealing or something

Comparatively Target is very well organized, with clear aisles. Quality of Target specific brands is good; single most reason I buy items from target

Bathrooms were so bad that a mother and her child struggled to find a stall. From blood, poo, and little to no toilet paper it was not a good experience. The actual store is the target of targets…just pray you don’t need a bathroom while you’re here.

This is a good Target. It’s usually very busy explaining why some items are sold out or low stock. The store is usually clean and employees are usually helpful. They have a large selection of items including seasonal items all displayed nicely.

Lunch time with one cash register open! 19 closed. Fight your way through the crowded u-scan. Waste of time.

The worst Starbucks….afternoon shift guy useless fellow

This is great store, with quick drive up option. Staff is always cordial and prompt. Inside store as well, billing lines are managed well.

I like going to Target sometimes to buy things you can't get at other stores.

Rude customer service - Elijah the employee name doesnt know how to talk at all
