The cashier, sadly I missed her name, was an absolute angel. However, I was turned away because they do not accept cash. If you do not support the discrimination of the poor, take your business elsewhere.

Love this place. My fiance and I go here on a regular base (her more so than I, she goes at least once a week lol) and we love the coffee and more so the atmosphere. The place is just relaxing and nowhere near as loud as a Starbucks. The place also just feels more like a local place than most chains even though it is a franchise. It is one of the few franchises that know how to tap into the local community and support other small businesses (all their pastries and meals/snacks are supplied by other local small businesses). Their merchandise is also on another level.
I love Summer Moon. I always ask the Servers what their favorite beverage is. All suggestions are wonderful but, so far, the cinnamon latte is out of this world! Hot or over ice. Great vibes and very clean. AND they serve Marina's keto blueberry muffins. Score!
Great corner location. The staff were very friendly and professional about their job( they enjoyed what they're doing). Tables are spread out good social meetings or just meeting with a few friends. Couches are available and even a small area for kids. - Justice
I would totally give this company a five star review for their amazing coffee IF they accepted CASH as a form of payment. That's right they don't. I went there last weekend to treat myself and daughter to coffee and went to pay and was informed they do not accept cash. Unacceptable. So just a heads up folks they no longer accept cash. Just cards.
Best coffee on the planet. First tried summer moon in Austin. So happy there is one close to me now!!
cute place w lots of sitting, but coffee is okay if u order a simple latte or black coffee. i’m sure the speciality drinks are decent, but they seemed very packed on terms of sugar (the moon milk is basically a creamer)
Great coffee! Not quite as good today, was crowded with limited seating.

I'm all about customer service.. it was lacking here. I said I had never been here before and asked what was good. The barista literally looked at me like she was bothered by my question and dreaded having to explain their menu.
The coffee has been good every time I've gone and the shirts they sell are soooo soft
This is my study nook. The ambiance helps me focus and get my work done. I love their drinks, and the staff is very friendly! This place is constantly being cleaned as customers leave, which is great. There is one reason I am not giving it 5 stars---I cannot stay longer than 2 hrs because I FREEZE. I've asked the staff a few times if the A/C could be adjusted, but they say only the manager has access to it. I would highly recommend looking into it. Some spots get colder than others. Like where the individual mini-bar faces the wall. Ventilators are constantly blowing heavy cold air nonstop. I will continue to study here because I love this place, but, it's unfortunate, they have not addressed the temperature situation. I don't think I am the only one that has noticed the drastic low temperature as I've seen others shivering, wearing scarves and extra jackets, and looking uncomfortable. I DO RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Just a heads up, wear extra layers if low 60s Fahrenheit rooms make you cold.
Very cozy. It's a great spot for studying, hanging out, and even on dates. I tried their blue moon mocha and I really wasn't a fan of the lavender taste.
Was busy but the line moved smoothly. The coffee here is good. I like the moon milk they make in house.
They messed up my drink and refused to give me a refund. Very rude.
My girlfriend has severe allergic reactions and even after requesting they remove it, they still including it in her drink and it made it extremely ill.
Super cute little coffee shop with delicious coffee and good customer service. My first time here the barista taking my order helped talk me through what I would like and nailed it. My summer moon coffee was amazing and super sweet like I like it. Will definitely be back whenever I get the chance!
Love the coffee. Service is hit or miss. There's a few who work the registers that you know are ALWAYS nice. Your mood is good when you see them. Then there's the other 3 who are always zero personality. When you walk in & see them at the register, it's a disappointment. Also there's a guy with blonde hair that works there who is CONSTANTLY running his hands through his hair. While he's filling orders and making coffee. No hair net and no hand washing. 🤢
