Country look inside with affordable coffee. They have large and small Kolaches and muffins. Very spacious and peaceful atmosphere. It's a bit simple menu, but worth it!
Worst coffee I've ever had. Ordered a vanilla cap and it was extremely bitter and bland. Makes a gas station coffee seem 20x better than this place. Spend 1/4th the price get twice as much with 20x the flavor at a 7-11 and walk pasg this one in Fredericksburg

Rose machi and green ice were excellent. The French toast, red velvet muffins, and sausage koloches were fanominal!!! One of ours favorite stops in Fredericksburg.

Evidently there are “newer” owners of Java ranch. It certain is not the same. It’s taken over 25 minutes just to get 2 large cups of coffee to go. In the barista’s defense, he was the only person working. It’s going downhill.
The coffee was good. Cute place. Not much options as far as food but was not the reason for visit. I typically do not EVER leave reviews, and if I do they're usually not bad ones. However, we were tourist and I felt like we were highly taken advantage of. 2 large coffees & 2 small breakfast items we were OVERCHARGED (estimated 32$). We even left a tip. I called the company twice and gave plenty of opportunity for them to fix the issue. No phone calls from a manager or owner was EVER returned. Not a great way to run a business if you ask me... lesson learned and hopefully this never happens to anyone else. Again, I don't ever leave reviews. Only reason I gave a 2 star is because the decent coffee.

Ordered almond milk caramel frappe it was nasty no coffee taste just milk and caramel it was a white color didn't look right The high school kids were playing with each other

Had an Americano - made by Christian and Ren - using their custom process. It was really good, and I highly recommend it.
Oftentimes, customers would get confused with their drink orders. This is because most of the drinks only had what they were on them. I would suggest taking names, as I noticed it caused a hold-up. The coffee was wonderful and was probably one of the better ones I have had in a while. The service was alright. Wait time for lattes and other non blended drinks was exceptionally short, so that was wonderful. Blended drinks often took a bit more time.
Other than waiting in line all was good, very good muffin too
I ordered a medium Mocha and waited at least 40 minutes to receive it. It took too long. Unacceptable and definitely never going back.
Well so much for this place. New owners. At 830am Saturday morning no coffee is ready. This place use to run like a fine watch with awesome coffee.
Pretty bummed. We were excited to try it but my latte was lukewarm and my husbands was cold :/ Super nice staff though and the atmosphere was fun.
Great atmosphere and layout. Easy to find. One person taking orders and one person making the drinks. Very fast and the medium hot sugar free vanilla latte (they were out of almond milk) was excellent.
Cool place but as soon as I see a an espresso machine with a screen, I'm instantly bummed. Didn't have pour over or french press available either. Coffee tasted meh.
