Absolutely terrible service here. Employees are extremely rude. Adie (or maybe Adrie?) had a horrible attitude over every simple request. She very clearly should not be working in a customer-centric job if something as miniscule as mozzarella cheese causes her to huff and sulk like she hates her life. At least the CBR protein bowl was good.

BMT is always my favorite on cheese and garlic bun. Nice location connectef to Pilot gas station and mini mart. Right off I10 freeway easy off and on. Valero gas station across street, Chevron stations also in area.
This ain't really a 5 star place but they are trying to do their best. Lots of people on here are complaining they did something wrong but it is a busy gas station you need to speak. I had to repeat my own order too. Be loud and clear don't blame it on the employees and leave a 1 star review. The staff was all really friendly minus one older lady. They gave a lot of veggies and they tried to be as nice and keep the place clean as best they can. For a gas station subway, definetly better than most others.
Store #57824 at the flying j #533 Our service at subway was horrible at the end when I was paying I noticed the bill was 6.00 more then normal I asked the cashier why he told me that's how they charge I asked for the manager the guy said he was the manager told me good luck and was laughing I would not recommend going to that subway there ripping people off and don't care
They need to change their hours on google because this subway is definitely NOT open. Bummer too. I sure was craving a sandwich. Oh well. Sign says open 24 hours but they are closed. Please either stay open for the hours you advertise or take the 24 hour sign down and change google. I would have stayed in bed
I was trying to buy a breakfast sub and I only wanted cheese melted not bread toasted because once bread is toasted it becomes a mess, I told iris Villareal and looks like she's having a bad day because she got mad, once sub was ready she just put it on the side and started helping someone else when I asked to pay she was like you need to wait that's when I decided I was done with subway. She also told me to get out of her store. Is this subway customer service?
Bad service, employees, close shop mid day for now reason and get mad when you ask why theyre closed.

They'll sell you a drink and then tell you to get it from the gas station, where it's cheaper, so they're really desperate to sell an overpriced cup. They also won't honor a footlong price and instead charge you for 2 six inches and when you ask for a price change they'll tell you they don't know how to do a refund or price change. They have idiots working here.
Worker would rather spend time in back talking with her co worker, the guy in front of me left the line because of lack of service
SUBWAY guy working between 10-11 pm (07/26/22) 1 ear listening song 🎵 on ear pod He showing lot of attitude, don’t know how to talk with customer ,if you say can you please make a cut in veggie patty, he saying this is not in our policy I said for dressing (sweet onion) He empty almost 1/4 in my salad bowl We are trucker after driving 6-700 miles We won’t except this type of service & attitude from this flying j location Please all truckers , if you don’t want to ruin your night , never ever go in this SUBWAY location
Vine hoy a comprar un sándwich y habían dos mujeres la más vieja nadamas le faltó escupir el pan ,señora si yo le pido que le agregue es porque voy a pagar verdad, me hablo mal murmuró puso mala cara esta tratando mal y tantas personas necesitando trabajo y lloran cuando pierden sus trabajo, que duro cansado de la carretera y esta HP tratando a uno peor que animal
This is not a great Subway. The drink machine had no ice, and the water dispenser on the machine was broken. The sandwiches were fine.
Wish I could give zero stars. Worst Subway experience ever.
