Hip spot for some bomb *ss coffee... very cool atmosphere, loved all the decor... felt very homey. The server was super nice as well, he helped me pick something out as it was my first time going there.
Had a great time playing trivia with a full house in a Thursday night. Sells wine and beer and coffee and tea. Not allot of food but it was a great time
Best iced coffee around. I live in Caddo Mills and will make this drive because our local coffee shop is just too sweet. Must try the lavender iced latte!

This place is adorable! Don't go here if you're in a hurry bc there's only one person behind the counter and each time I've gone there have been several people there. I've had the iced hazelnut latte and the iced dirty chai tea latte. Both are pretty good. I'm not a coffee drinker, but sometimes I just need to have a boost.

I love having this adorable coffee shop in downtown Farmersville! It’s the best spot to go meet with a friend when you just want to linger and chat. Their hours are great too, I’m so thankful they are open in the evenings. Now onto the coffee. The coffee is great. It’s smooth and not bitter. They make their syrups and such in house, which I appreciate. However, what I deducted one star for is because they are quite stubborn and do not typically allow you to altar your drink in any way. Example: they have a mocha and they have a hazelnut latte. If you request a mocha with some of their hazelnut syrup added, they will tell you no. This is so silly to me. I’ve been to other coffee shops where they have done the same thing, so I know they aren’t the only ones. But I feel like this was a trend we saw more about 10 years ago, and most craft coffee shops have since become more flexible and willing to adjust drinks to the customers liking. Hopefully 12 Stories will become more flexible in the future because I really am cheering them on and hope they stick around a long, long time in Farmersville. We definitely need them!

An upcoming and GREAT place to chill and have a coffee or tea (a lot of different choices). Beer and wine are another SUPER choice. Baked goods are homemade and SOOOO delicious. I'LL BE BACK FOR MORE!
I was just driving by and thought I would stop by for a latte. The workers and the customers were so nice and welcoming. I got a vanilla latte with oat milk and it was THE BEST LATTE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I was so impressed, I thought it would be tasty, but it was so much better than I expected.
12 Stories has been one of the greatest additions to small town farmersville. The people that work there are very personable and always strive to produce the best coffee possible. The baristas are very knowledgeable about their craft and they constantly produce Top notch coffee and pastries!
In the top 3 best cortados I've ever had. The espresso cream soda is to die for!
Best coffee place I’ve ever been to. Very high class, affordable, and very friendly staff. All around 10/10. Just pick anything off the menu and you’ll see. Don’t sleep on this one.
Cute dainty place ! Stopped by for a quick coffee and was greeted by two welcoming staff. I ordered a drink recommended by them (vanilla something?) and was told it was fairly sweet etc. Maybe they forgot to add it ? lol Def going to be stopping by again though! The giant map in the backroom is also super neat.

I've been to this coffee shop easily 4 times in the last few weeks. I've had their Aeropress twice, it's absolutely amazing. Never tried Aeropress before and yeah, the nailed it! They have a really nice selection of beer (including Belgian ales, which I love!). The people who work there are so friendly and I just cannot offer enough praise to this place. Worth an extra few minutes to skip Starbucks and go here instead!
Awesome little coffee shop! They were making cold brew coffee when we came in so we got a sample of that. I also got a mocha and it was delicious! The chocolate they use is anazing!
Friendly staff, superior coffee, quick service, and fair prices at 12 Stories. You're missing out on a fantastic cup if you pass this gem by.
Love love love the Mocha. I really enjoy coming in and getting my coffee and working. The music and atmosphere is wonderful.
