I stop going to Dutch Bros due to the awkwardness of asking for a tip in front of the customer just for doing your job
The lady that helped me Milan S. took forever to come to the window and was stand offish not friendly and came off annoyed when I started to manually enter my tip amount instead of selecting one of their preselected amounts, granted my total was less than four bucks, so I initially was tipping double the tax, she gave a stanky reaction, so I tipped nothing. Definitely never going here again or at least not to this location. As a consumer for takeout drinks, I shouldn’t feel pressured to tip especially preselected amounts that are greater than the experience I was given.

Customer service is outstanding, coffee is the best I have ever had. This is our go to spot and we go a few times a week.
Had the golden eagle I believe is what it was called. I got it cold and I don't usually do that but it was very good. Not too sweet and the foam top just made it delightful. Line was long but worth it if not in a rush.

I always go here when I need caffeine. Today I just really needed a wake up call, so I knew I needed a blended rebel to start the day. I wanted piña colada or mango…so I asked for pineapple, mango and coconut. I highly recommend that mix for summer and any day you feel like drinking a rebel. A woman with a ring nose piercing was exceptionally sweet and made me smile with her humor at the window, although I might’ve not shown my appreciation due to my tiredness. 11/10
I'm hooked on their caramelize her fast friendly service here the staff goes out of their way to make you feel like you're part of the family
Be careful when you go. Yes, the coffee is Amazing, but you may wait over half an hour in line
Good coffee. Came today to get coffee with a long line and the broista comes out and takes all the cars in the opposing lane, who arrived after me and the people sitting behind me. Not innovative! And should most definitely be fixed.
First time here and I’m a huge green tea lover so I tried the Strawberry Lavender Green Tea and it was 🔥🔥🔥 Also we had the Snickerdoodle frost and mane we fell in love! The taste was something you can’t forget! Lots of varieties of drinks/flavors! Customer service was amazing. The line was pretty long but I completely understood with the drinks being hand made so the wait was worth it! I’m glad that I have somewhere else to go other than Starbucks. We need more locations!!
Great experience at this location! The person who took our order asked all the right questions, they were moving pretty fast, and our drinks were perfect!
By far the best Dutch location. The whole staff is friendly and work well in a fast paced environment.
I had left a bad review for this location in the past but honestly I was having a bad day and wasn't being fair. This location is amazing. The staff is so nice and make the drinks perfect every time. They had a huge line the other day with only two people working and they were killing it. F starbucks this place is better, cheaper and the staff is friendlier.
Took a long time to get our order standing at the window. Only took 2 people's order at a time.

Staff is always nice and drinks are hardly ever done incorrectly. We always place large orders and don't have any issues. Loving the Strawberry Lavender Tea.
Great coffee! Friendly service and a wide selection of sugar free syrups. Reasonable prices and you absolutely get your moneys worth for their large coffee!
Customer service is good but the menu lacks variety. However, the coffee itself is pretty good.
