My wife and I decided to have a Thursdate lunch and went to Ennis. What a treat!!!! The staff was as good as the food. I was telling my wife since we live in Arlington take a little road trip and enjoy a new atmosphere. We were treated so well. It was like visiting a place from afar, and we were only an hour away from home. Thanks fern in the wild!
hayley took great care of me! providing me with exceptional service and coffee throughout the duration of my visit, will be back to see her!!
Just a beautiful place. Props to whoever designed and remodeled this building. Cool little downtown area too, with great service and coffee here too. Would love to come back for a meal.

A gem in the wild. Definitely worth a stop on the way to and from Houston & Dallas. I'm going to have a trip just to eat here after looking over the menu. I didn't eat here this time but it looks great. Will be back.

We were in town for the Bluebonnet Festival. Our server Jennifer was great and very attentive. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very cool. It’s too bad this place is so far from the Dallas area, otherwise we would dine here frequently. A+
I'm tempted to drive to Ennis every weekend. My friend and I enjoyed our lunch intensely. The chicken salad was delicious, and the purple and white homemade chips were so good on the side, my friend ordered an extra side order. The margarita was perfection, as was service. The atmosphere is one of total comfort, and you really feel welcome. The prices are extremely fair.
A MUST STOP!! So beautiful, chic, customer service was amazing! The food was even better!!! The BLT!!! Best I think I have ever had!!!

The Waygu Stake Sandwich was full of flavor and perfectly done. The paper thin potatoe chips melt in your mouth. The beet salad had a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The sweet chicken salad compliments the buttery croissant. Every liquid concoction was brilliant, and the vibe was lively.
Trendy atmosphere. Very tasty food with smaller portions for the entrees, better for our health. AMAZING chocolate cake. Avocado toast was also a highlight. Menu changes seasonally; two items not available when we visited. Attentive and timely service. I would likely give it a 5 and return; my husband a 3 and would not.
What a fantastic restaurant! Excellent service, wonderful food and drink, and the decor is gorgeous. I had the hot and spicey blt...sooooo good. It comes on toasted jalapeño cheddar bread. It was really good. I tried the bluebonnet bramble for my beverage. So yummy and delicious. If I am ever in the area again, you can believe I will be stopping back in to enjoy another meal. This is total winner in my opinion.
This was a delightful experience from start to finish. This restaurant is a treat for the eyes … bright, modern, open - gorgeous! Our server Cael was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu, and was a pleasant addition to our evening … in fact each person we met of the staff was absolutely top notch and they obviously love what they do. The food was perfect, we had pork tenderloin with turnips and potatoes, topped off with the exquisite chocolate cake. It was a great evening and we intend to repeat it often.
We loved this place. Huge surprise on the way to Dallas for us. Very high quality establishment in downtown Ennis. Food was phenomenal and Chef Eric came out to talk to us. This will be a regular stop for us. Highly recommended
