AMAZING sandwiches - the Greek breakfast sandwich is a show stopper. Great lattes, great service, and the lounge in the back is cool too. Loved the nice messages on the cups.

Very nice environment, I love the little “library” shelf they have, Coffee is very good and staff is super friendly. It might be a tighter floor plan but I think it adds to it a little more.

The food and drinks are fine. However, recently the last few times I've gone in around 3-4pm to get some work done, I've been passive-aggressively ushered away by cleaning right next to me while I'm trying to work (with strong cleansers). This usually happens right around 5pm (even though closing time is 6 ). I'm not sure why anyone would chase away customers in this economy; especially ones who wants to buy local. I guess I'll just stick with Starbucks.
It’s a coffee shop. Nothing to spectacular. Interesting menu. I do like the addition of their own drinks. Friendly service. Food items are interesting. I had the cinnamon raisin sandwich. Different. Apples and almond butter on raisin bagel. Wouldn’t get it again. The lack of food descriptions doesn’t help. You must ask about ever food item to find out what it contains. Not sure I’d wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Probably the best espresso based drinks I’ve had in El Paso. Their owners decision to go with a coffee company who roasts out of Dallas was the right choice seeing as how the taste of their espresso outshines everything around town. It’s distinct. Closer to a medium roast for their espresso. I had a Thres Leches Latte and a Cortado; both were quality. The vibes were pleasant, and the staff was great. Mel, their lovely barista, got me to laugh pretty hard when she was talking about their Barista Ken Barbie doll at the ordering counter. Nutella waffle was tasty. Would highly recommend. If I could offer a point of improvement, their steamed milk game could be stepped up. If they could lock that down I’d wager they’d be the best in the south west easy.
Hands down the best coffee ive ever tasted even my picky husband agreed, finally had the time to stop by and I am so glad I did. Staff is kind and open to giving you recommendations. Had the honey bee latte which tasted like fresh honey to a pleasant extent also really loved the cute sticker as well was feeling kinda down so it gave me a little extra joy aside from the delicious coffee 🥰 Im worried i might get addicted🥴
I had the Turkey sandwich, and it was great, very tasty, everything went together well. I also had a chai, and it was okay. Cute little shop, next to a computer lounge

Small coffee shop, owner should consider using some of his gaming room for more seating to accommodate the coffee customers. I had the Batch coffee, it was okay, not noteworthy. The bagel with strawberry cream cheese was good. The Hive needs more variety in their coffee line, there was more variety in the teas so it's not really a Java lounge.
Whew, I can see the customer service others talked about in their reviews! The best I’ve ever received really. I came in five minutes before closing and I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm regardless. I had the banana nut latte, which I was wary about because I am not too fond of the banana flavor outside of the bakery goods realm, but it was so subtle and the rest of other flavors made the overall taste outstanding. I wish I live in the area, I’d be definitely a regular!
They have a great coffee selection & every selection that I've tried has been amazing!! Absolutely love this coffee house!! Their sandwiches are simple but so tasty, we love them!! Can't say enough about this place!! Great customer service, staff is super knowledgeable & always very nice & professional!! Love the Hive!!
I really like the idea of this place. It has the right idea on marketing. My ONLY issue is the coffee. I asked for the darkest thing they have and it was the Christmas blend. I have a super bitter palate and unfortunately I had to toss it. It was just bitter flavored hot water to me. To not end on a bad note, this place has some great ideas and what looks like great food. And being attached to a video game business is smart.
BEST Cafe in El Paso! I’ve been twice and now ordered through door dash and it continues to impress me I love the taste of everything I order my favorite if the chipotle crossiant and now the apple cinnamon one so delicious the pistachio coffe delicious as well as the chai it’s a must!
I went to The Hive last week. I really enjoyed my experience there. The customer service was excellent and I felt very welcomed an appreciated as a customer. I will definitely go back when I am on the east side!
