Love this place! Love its signature frappes, ambience and crepe as well.
They have the best matcha latte I’ve ever had, and the place was clean and well decorated. The staff were nice, and efficient. My only complaints is that it was quite dark in there, if you want to read or write, sitting outside may be better for your eyes, and the oatmeal I ordered was extremely bland. They didn’t even seem to add salt to it.
Unfortunately not that great. Coffee is subpar. Rather drink black Mc Donald’s coffee. And that’s saying something.
Great place to study! Plenty of space and outlets. Alota of students are here and parking is a bit tight

With all the coffee shops in the area, this is my least favorite coffee is not great. Service is subpar and the parking is miserable
Worst service ever! My order was given to the wrong person, then after 30 minutes they brought me the WRONG order. Waited for more than one hour to get my order and still they didn’t get it right, it was messy and poorly done. Such a shame because the crepes are one of the things that have had us coming back to Kinley’s for many years. Visit was 4/17/23 at around 5pm.
Good place for a morning coffee or an evening tea to call it a day. Atmosphere is always calm with the university students studying.
Love the REAL ART on the walls…. Have some coffee and Art, win win.
Change your sign outside made me move my truck on the parking for Pickup and to go order one of the employees. I was getting a coffee TOGO
All the coffees were cold. I asked for mine to be heated up and they put my paper cup in the microwave...
I ordered two milk teas with boba, one coconut flavor and the other original. Both tasted extremely watered down.We couldn’t finish them as they tasted gross. Do not recommend!

I enjoyed their Coconut Milk Tea with boba. I had the Avocado jumpstart and opted out of the cheese. The bagel was soft, the eggs were seasoned well, the overall avocado jumpstart was filling. The murals inside and outside are beautiful. I didn't get a chance to take a picture with mural as background but I will have to next time.
They have really good latte and they even top it with latte art. Tip: if you dine in, order your latte in a mug, not disposable cup.
I understand things can get busy and hectic, but that is no excuse to be careless with orders. We were missing one crepe order, while the other crepe was messily thrown in with no toppings (and a bit burned) and cold. Hot drinks also arrived cold. We've ordered from here before with better service. Please value your takeout/delivery customers as much as your in-person customers.
Me and my sister stopped by and we were standing by the register literally for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally took our order this one guy didn’t even say hi or nothing he just stood there so we were unsure if he was doing something at the register or something, so I proceeded to order. The card reader didn’t take any of our cards thank goodness, so we just went to District coffee and had a better experience with the baristas there. I wouldn’t recommend this place only for the customer service.
Love this place! Have been going there for their frozen yogurt they have there with topings. Always a great mouthful of flavors
Compared to Starbucks, this coffeehouse is WAY better. The coffee tastes better, the food is better AND is less expensive. All the way around, a better buzz for for buck. Going back when I need that pick-me-up before work. Downside, only one location.
I love the food and drinks at Kinley's. I've been there several times and have not been disappointed once. I love their turkey sandwich.
