Perfect for cute little mini dates with my husband The staff and owner are so nice and the mazapan latte is my favorite
I've been coming here since 2017 and they have always been very friendly. The bagel sandwiches they have are very delicous and pair very well with their specialty coffees. Personally I prefer iced coffee to bring out the flavor more so I recommend trying one of their specialties iced

I love it here. I asked the woman at the register for recommendations and she said the Hawaiian latte and now I always come for just that! Also aesthetically pleasing and I love sitting on the couch! 😁
Breakfast Bagel Sandwich is fantastic and the Mazapon Frappe wow! SUPER friendly staff the one young lady even brought my sandwich to me ! They had oat milk woohoo!
Tasty bagel sandwiches. Bad experience otherwise. Staff and drink i ordered were so bad. All i wanted was to enjoy a hot london fog. It wasn’t to be. 😞.
Perfect atmosphere for doing business or relaxing and conversating with a friend or colleague. Their espresso is good.
Amazing coffee! Coming from a coffee lover , this is some of the best coffee I have tried. Especially in El Paso.

Coffee is slightly above average for El Paso. Half of the staff has some odd pretentious complex that inclines them to, not only deny simple customer requests, (in this case cold foam cream), but to do so with irrational snark and artificial excuses designed to cover laziness. I can get similar coffee and prices with less snark at Starbucks. We love to patron independent coffee shops; disappointed we do not get the warm welcome we are accustomed to at other shops. Who owns and operates this coffeeshop; happy to offer an hour of pro bono consulting on customer service and process logic.
Who closes a coffee shop on sundays. Five stars for sure but this is ridiculous.
I had the iced abuelita mocha, it has a great flavor, not too sweet. The mazapán latte and the global coffee are also good.

So, I went online today to order some beans and saw that they have a special that states "buy one bag, get one 20%." I jumped at the opportunity, but I had some questions first because I didn't know how to get the 20% since there was no coupon code and nothing was dedcuted when I added the 2 bags to my cart. I wanted some beans as soon as possible as I had run out today for my espresso machine and I didn't want to wait for shipping. I usually order from another local coffee roaster whom I love, but decided to give these guys a try. I called and was told that I would be on hold for 5 minutes, I was on hold for 16 minutes and I hung up. I called a few minutes later and I was asked if I could be placed on hold for 10 minutes and I said no thank you, I would call later. I finally was able to talk to someone who rushed me and cut me off when I asked about the coffee bag special. She said she doesn't know why they still have that special on the website and they do not honor it anymore. The review is based solely on my experience today, I don't know how good their beans are. Honestly, I won't be trying this place again based on the customer service and the false advertising. It was a complete waste of time. I'll stick to my original roaster who is easy to work with and doesn't have rude staff.
