Terrible customer service I was thrown aback at my experience, I will not be returning .
So much for brisket bagel Staff can't even say thank you.
Terrible experience rude teenagers working here . No costumer skills , waited for my bagels too long seems like only one teen working the others just not doing anything. They need a manager just saying this place could be a better experience if someone would hire new people and train them right !!!
Love the sandwiches from here and the cold brew 10/10 recommend 👍

Great menu, consistent service and food to other locations I've been to. Great selection and veggie friendly menu items and sandwiches. Clean dining room with friendly service. No drive thru but easy to get in and out quickly. Highly recommend a toasted green chili bagel with strawberry shmear- sounds odd but so delicious!
Bathroom AND dining area are filthy. No soap in one bathroom, and no paper towels in the other. If you can't keep the basics clean, what are the odds your kitchen/prep area is up to par? Gross!!
Favorite place to eat breakfast in El Paso. The Farmhouse sandwich is my favorite. Located in a convenient area on the west side.

Apparently this Einstein Bros location likes to close a little bit before 2:50PM, and leave their open sign on. 0 stars for service.
I ordered a Lox and Bagel, and almost no Lox and the tomato was hard and not ready to eat.

I love this place! It's quaint, quiet, and comfortable. An inviting atmosphere that just begs for thought and conversation, or simply just catching up with your emails, snap chat, you tube and all things Media! Have a restful and productive time!!

Had the egg and bacon on a honey whole wheat sandwich. It was very yummy.
