They have these workers out here In the sun no shade no hat. I really hate that. Poor girl was sweating and red. But they got fans and shade and water for the Chick-fil-A.

Its always a wait. Id consider getting more baristas, especially during the weekends. The checkout staff is always super fast, but once you have to get to the window, it takes a while. Like it but stay away from it because of the wait and the prices. It's a bit too steep for El Paso. And the taste is around the same as Starbucks. Just a tiny bit better.
Had me waiting over twenty minutes so they could tell me they actually didn't take my order.
Dutch Bros is just perfect! 😻 I love that they offer a variety of different drinks for a good price. If anything, they dont have an order ahead option in their app, but you can pay thru there by using your QR code on the app. I recommend the soft top foam on any blended drink or coffee as it is so delicious and airy. I love getting the double chocolate mocha blended with the soft top. The staff is also always super friendly, funny, and down to earth.
Best tasting coffee from a large chain. Good service, it's what Starbucks used to be 10yrs ago. Edit: service has gotten so much better lately, great turnaround

The employees at this location prioritize talking amongst each other instead of filling orders. It took 25 minutes to get two drinks. They would hand the tablet off to a customer who obviously works there and not charge them. It's gotten ridiculous gow long you need to wait at this location.
Still having a hard time deciphering all the hoora. Gourmet its not. For the price I expected more, just don't tell my wife, she likes it for some odd reason.
Coffee was excellent even though they did not give me what I ordered. But that just takes one star off the score, because it was so good.
Tagging along with my Sister. I thought only coffee was served here. I was wrong. We saw the car ahead of us get this almost neon green drink. Could have been the 🌞 anyways when we pulled up to drive thru window we asked what that was and if we could sample it out. Forgot the name, but it's a green sort of slushy drink. Pretty good. Gotta try it

More expensive than Starbucks! Try to buy a large cold coffee and it was over $8.00!! Starbucks is expensive, but their venti cold coffee is around $5.40. I don't buy lattes or the other types of coffee. I like cold coffee. No cream, and no sweetener. And no ice because I don't like it when it waters down the coffee. Perhaps since I didn't want ice, they charged me more. But even Starbucks won't charge me more for no ice.
