JASLEEN has the WORST Customer Service!!! We went in this morning and as we were redeeming our rewards she had the worst attitude! We were the only Customers there and we were not holding the line up, there was absolutely no need for her rudeness. One thing is having a bad morning yet that doesn’t give you the right to ruin it for others who are getting ready for their day. If you don’t like your job, simply QUIT and find something you are passionate about. CLEARLY you are not passionate about Customer Service like others are!!

Typical Dunkin as far as the food goes but they need to improve on the service. Went there on Tuesday morning and walked out after waiting for over 10 minutes. The drive through was being served or at least the orders were taken but if you were inside nothing. Went back Wednesday a bit later when not busy and still very slow service. Got my order but it seems like there is no coordination or leadership to provide good timely service.

Went inside store to order. Breakfast sandwiches and donuts we're excellent. Only problem is the 17 minutes wasted waiting for the order to be ready...

Wanted to grab 2 dozen donuts and some coffee and they directed me to park in the parking lot and wait for my order and the parking lot was full of cars waiting. After about 15 minutes I had to remind them of my order and it took another 5 for them to come out after telling me it was ready the donuts and coffee are already premade so I don’t understand why it took so long. Definitely don’t come here if you’re looking for fast or quality service.

The employees could definitely work on their customer service. Everyone working there seems miserable 🙄 and unhappy to be there. Please consider hiring better people.

I love this place, but recently I ordered through Door Dash and had to cancel my order, because they advised me the establishment wasn't "doing breakfast". For a place that normally does breakfast and all menu items 24/7; I'm not sure if this is a quirk of this new Dunkin or some misunderstanding. Highly disappointed. The app nor Google advise specific breakfast hours.

Need to train Jackie on customer service, she’s ignorance. This is mainly military family area. We need are coffee fix in morning 4/3/2023. Not a smart mouth too early for that plus rude because I order 3 Dunkin run sausages egg and cheese croissants with med. coffees. She caught an attitude told me they’re not combos but deals. Little girl you knew what I meant you gave my total right you should have kept your mouth shut. Just collect this business money. Plus team leader Nina was standing there the whole time. She should have told her employee to chill there was no need to yell that “they are not combos.” You knew what I wanted. Not friendly….
