Decent little downtown coffee shop. Always clean inside and there's usually always a place to sit. Hardly ever a wait to order. Most staff are friendly. Lavender latte is top notch - worth ordering over and over again. Overall coffee does the job here. Cookies not so much.
First time here for all of us. Drawn in by the reviews. Atmosphere was pleasant; tables clean. Metered street parking for the most part, for those who don't know. Coffee was weak. Don't know if they offer shots or not but if you like a good cup of brew, ask for a shot or 2. Went for the grilled cheese because we thought it couldn't be ruined. Was way off base on this one! They were barely cooked therefore neither was the cheese melted. Tasted like sandpaper. Boxed it up to see if cooking it thoroughly at home would make for better fare. Jury's still out... There should really be negative star ratings on some of these places. That's where their rating would truly be. We definitely won't be coming back here!
We had three sandwiches. The avocado and cucumber ones were delicious. The turkey one was ok. The decaf Americano drinks were very good. The matcha latte was also good. Service is a little slow for food, but the drinks came out quickly. That is because the person who made the food was also the cashier and had to take care of other customers.
Great coffee I got the horchata coffee and it’s delicious. Definitely going back.
The best staff and amazing matcha.
Ordered the churro latte and was not disappointed. Great drink without too much sweetness. Cool atmosphere and courteous staff. Didn’t try the food when I visited.
Wonderful Chai and deserts
Great atmosphere is great and coffee is good. Service was not the best, but it's a trend I see in El Paso in general. I ordered a cucumber sandwich but do not consume dairy, so I switched the cream cheese for hummus on the sandwich. It took 15 minutes for the food to come out and did not switch it out as I requested. When I let the employees know, they seemed taken aback and had a bit of an attitude. When I got the right order which took less than 10 minutes this time, there was barely any hummus on and the work was not great. Don't recommend
Best coffee shop in El Paso in my opinion. I really like this District Coffee, I get the abuelita latte or horchata latte, both are super good! I like the vibe here specially during the weekdays. It’s a good place to come get some work done, meet with a friend or just chill. I came on a weekend once and it wasn’t the same tbh, not that it was bad but it wasn’t the same vibe from the weekdays that I enjoy. I definitely recommend this place at anytime though. If you want to grab a bite I really like the Cucumber Avocado Sandwich.
The avocado toast was wonderful. The coffee was delicious as well.
Coffee is solid and the place is cozy inside. But the COVID dividers and signs to wear masks really makes me not want to spend much time here. Staff is very friendly but bathroom was out of service. I think they get their coffee beans from Picacho so at least it's really good coffee.
Think about warning customers that you don't have a working restroom BEFORE selling them a large coffee.
Ordered 2 drinks. Got them in 45 min. With 3 teenagers working. Never again! I make my coffee in 4 min. Why would i wait 45 min. Ordered a latte and my partner as well and we both thought starbucks was better which is unfortunate as we were looking for something local with local taste. Oh well…… Service was quiet with that awkward teenager vibe
Tried this place with a friend and I got the Chagaccino iced, Turkey bacon sandwich and yogurt parfait. My friend got the cortado and HBE toast. The chagaccino is very overrated and tasted bland with mild coffee flavor; no other flavors were appreciated. The sandwich/toast also gets you a free bag of chips, they only had SunChips. The Turkey bacon sandwich tasted very good and the bread was perfectly toasted; it was simple, yet delightful. The yogurt parfait was my favorite item here. The yogurt with the honey on top and fresh berries was excellent and I would go back just for that. The cortado is strong and bold, pretty decent shot. The HBE toast isn’t what we expected but it’s average at best. The ambience is beautiful and hip.
Great place. Try the lavender latte and it was delicious. The owners have the greatest vibes!!!
Awesome little cafe in downtown El Paso. A great place to study with good drinks and a full food memo. Their Coconut District Mocha is bomb and their salmon bagel is decent too!
I ordered the, “Honey Lavender Mactha.” It has a strong earthy flavor with a subtle sweetness. A great option if you are looking for a zen way to start your morning!
Food was unlike any other. Very fresh. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. And they had my favorite unsweet pure leaf tea. I can’t wait to come back. Great first experience. Amazing service.
Service was great, as was the food. Good wifi and atmosphere to do to work.
Fast great quality coffee what else can a coffeeholic ask for love it.
