El mejor cafe yo ya conocia el de el centro y quise ir a conocer este y esta super bonito y grande aun faltan por terminar algunos vagones pero los que estan estan muy padres este tiene el plus que tiene para pasar por tu bebida en carro que por cierto el pistachio latte y mocha coffe son mis favoritos
My experience at coffee box is nothing less than disappointing. Their quality has significantly subsided. "They aren't as they used to be" certainly applies. As a business man and student, I enjoy a quaint place to work and drink my coffee. Nothing beats sipping on a delicious coffee while having comfortable soft music and getting work done. This place has become a discotec with nothing but condescending teenagers and passive aggressive responses, selling over priced expresso shots (which are also very bitter), their drinks have way too much sugar for my taste. Employees are always laughing, dancing and are obnoxiously loud. Let's just say it's not the serious establishment it used to be. There's honestly better places. I have to drive a great length but id rather go to the district than have to put up with the experience I've had here. I gave this place several chances but it seems it has adapted a new culture that no longer abides to my standards.
Unlike other coffee shops this one is super loud and hectic. Other than getting my coffee made wrong twice employees allow other consumers to be super loud its a very small space (literally a box) they should be on top of those who are screaming and making tons of noise when there is others studying or reading. Its like you are in a Bar&Grill trying to study. If you want to be in a very loud obnoxious environment having coffee definitely come here. If you are looking for a peaceful environment search other coffee shops around town like Global Coffee or Hillside Cafe or Starbucks. Very disappointing customer service.
Cashier was very patient and welcoming, I went in about a hour before closing.Drinks were 10/10 and very consistent with the downtown location. In addition to the service and product, the location was very clean.
Our experience today was pretty disappointing. The girl at the drive-thru window seemed like she was annoyed with us. It had only been our second visit, and when asking questions about the different drinks, she acted bothered and a bit condescending, acting as if we should know already what comes in the drinks. When we pulled up to the window, I stayed courteous with her, but when she was handing off our drinks, not even a thank you or anything was giving. Our drinks were 5 stars!

Iv been through their drive thru twice now and everything has been amazing. The horchata latte is delicious. The muffin was yummy. My friend lived her tarro Boba latte. The customer service was great both times. Super excited for the new local coffee spot!
Best coffee in El Paso! Absolutely amazing coffee and service! Can't wait to go again!
a little disappointed today:( the ladies at the drive through were very impatient and forgot my muffin, i waited at the window and she came back and said “ did you need something” in such a rude way. coffee was good though 🙌🏻
Stoped by their drive thru on the first day they opened. The mazapán iced latte was amazing!
