The coffee is roasted locally and also the staff is really friendly!
The staff made me feel so at home. I love how bilingual it is there. Made me wish I live in McAllen! The paninis were delightful and the pour overs were faultless.
1st time and I loved it very lively in the morning with plenty of places to sit and nooks to explore the coffee was great had a chili coffee that I had not found in the valley I tried for 1st time in Cancun not to spice just a hint
The coffee here is really good and the sales benefit a great educational institution and missions.

Delicious coffee drinks. Friendly staff, nice music at a comfortable volume. Have nice seating areas to sit and enjoy your coffee, use computer, take a call, have a meeting. Definitely recommend, definitely will be back.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem in the valley! Their coffee is not only delicious it’s roasted and grounded right within their campus and sold for a exceptional price! 10 out 10 i recommend.

Un lugar increíble, gente maravillosa, modales perfectos y muchísima atención junto con un muy buen servicio al cliente. Koinonia te transporta a un lugar diferente desde que entras puedes oler café y pan recién hecho, esos olores no se olvidan y tampoco se ignoran, así que es muchísimo muy fácil perder la dieta, cuentan con productos a la venta para ayudar al mismo colegio la verdad no sé mucho sobre esto pero me doy una ligera idea y es algo bonito que haya establecimientos así, muy lindo muy recomendado!

This place blew me away! Koinonia offers such an amazing coffee experience, I would not go anywhere else. The coffee appears to be responsibly sourced and is roasted on-site, freshly ground, and make with care from the sociable barista behind the counter. I ordered a latte and it exceeded my expectations of flavor, appearance, and most significantly, price! I'm amazed at how affordable all of the items are here. Such a nice establishment to visit and enjoy some coffee. They even have outdoor seating with a serene water fountain. Thanks!
This place is legit tasty! 😋 The coffee is roasted on-site, is responsibly sourced from Latin America, and is the best I have had in the McAllen/Edinburg area. They also make their own lotion, chapstick, honey, tea, cookies, chocolate, and a ton of other goodies. They have a bookshop, a ton of seating to help you beat the heat, and a kids area with toys. There is more than enough room for you to practice safe social distancing and thermometers to check everybody’s temp to ensure the safety of all. I recommend this place 💯%! Come and check it out...you will absolutely love it!!

Awesome place to hang out and have good coffee (and yummy food) and speak Spanish. (...maybe not the best place if you're in a rush but they can be pretty fast when they need to)
