This place is a joke. They Consistently mess up your order. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and I got a single patty with lettuce and onions and tomatoes. I just wanted a triple stack cheeseburger with jalapeños. She gave me three thin patties. I asked why does the regular cheeseburger look thicker that a triple stack. She told me that’s the way it comes. They are very unorganized and stingy with the portion size for the price. Don’t bother spending your money here.
Every time, I stop to take a shower at this location, they always have something wrong going on with the shower that they never have anything running at ALL!!! I think they just don't want to clean them . Poor service they need new management...
First time here and last. All ladies have attitude problems. I just wanted a shower and was sent back and forth from one register to another. It literally took me 20mins to pay and get into shower. It's says outside hiring smiling faces but I guess whoever is hiring doesn't know what a smile is. All the time they acted like I was bothering them. All I wanted it was to pay for a shower.
My son in law was working outside of this location in April. He was injured on the job. Broke his back in 5 places. I called the store shortly after to request any video they may have. The manager, Bonnie would not come to the phone. They said they would ask their video provider to scan footage and get back with me. 3+wks later, no phone call. I called today (5/16/23) spoke with 'Heaven' but still the manager would not come to the phone. They said they checked the footage btwn noon-1pm, I told them noon & 3pm when I called 3wks ago. I even offered to pay for the video. Either way no one ever called me back to tell me this. So today I said I would have my lawyer call them. Heaven called me back shortly after I hung up today and said "I was told you needed to speak to me?" I said, is this Bonnie because you sound like Heaven. I then told her I had already spoken to her today (recognized her voice) She said, I know Bonnie told me to tell you since you threatened us with a lawyer to call the home office, they wouldnt give me the number instead directing me to their website. I mean, lol...come on now. I am not sure why these employees and their manager seem to be so secretive and not helpful BUT I promise you I will never spend a dollar at this store and I travel ALOT. IF the owner reads this, please respond with a contact # or email so that we may hopefully come to a resolution regarding this, thanks.

Stopped by to get snacks on the way back to school, and they offered the group drinks! Thank you soo much! The drinks were really good!

Don't bother to stop by, pumps slow and restrooms closed

Stopped in for lunch went to the market.....I will never make that mistake again what a disaster 1st. I ordered 2 tacos and it came out I was charged for missing ingredients that I paid extra for and a burger for the wife came out and again no bacon on the burger the burger she said tasted funny and didn't eat it all not to mention I asked for green sauce for my tacos and the ranch I paid extra for for the wife's fries and the worker had an attitude not to mention the shake my wife got with her meal tasted like rotten bananas I paid 25 dollars for an evening on the toilets good thing we have 2 bathrooms will never stop here again and will start going across the interstate for truck fuel as well
This girl named Cna white completed girl wears glasses, she likes to mess around with married men the women there don't have any respect for any relationship looks like that store needs new employees that have respect for other people relationship also the owners of the store need to k ow all the and rumors bad for business that like girl cna she's a homewrecker
The manager never answered my question she kept talking to a costumer and didn't even look up but a young man did and was very helpful the lady with a blue pony tail needs to get fired
Its a great place to stop.
Ordered loaded steak fries. Got regular fries fat for the steak and didn't even give us forks. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee who made this was Erika. She also said that it came out as a large seasoned fry. But I'm not about to pay $12 for a large fry like come on. I'm sure she didn't want to make it because my fiancee complained cuz he said he cleaned on loaded steak fries. I'm so disappointed. Smdh

Trucks parked in fuel pumps for about 45 minutes.... fuel then pull ahead....don't shop while your parked in fuel pump area
