Don't have smoothies.
A great group of ladies, not to mention the owner. They are always willing to offer suggestions to help me when ordering. I have tried everything on the menu and will say that it is all amazing. Shout out to my girls Macy, Jersey and Shelby for always making my day great!

The girls were very friendly, professional, extremely fast, and helpful. Also, the drink was fabulous and at low cost!
The ladies were really nice. One double checked ingredients for me (on her own) since I mentioned I have allergies. It was really cool that she took the time out to do this for me. She helped me improvise a current specialty drink to be something I could have. My kids enjoyed their drinks also. Prices weren't as high as I was expecting. Still a bit pricey for an everyday kinda thing but great for every now and then. I'll definitely go back. Thanks for being so kind and caring towards your customers. It really does go a long way!!
The strawberry lemonade is definitely my favorite... So many flavors to choose from!
Unlike most reviews on here i told the girls in was my first time here needed to drink something gluten free and they totally helped me narrow down my choices and explained the flavors to me after i asked which one was their popular drink. Loved the Funfetti i get it every time i go now!

I wish I could give them 0 stars instead. Let me start off with, the drink isn't even good. I spent 15 bucks on 2 drinks we're not even going to drink. The menu isn't descriptive, I don't know what a rebel yell is, or a joker, or a captain america. No flavor profiles or anything. The ladies working didn't even try to ask us what flavors we liked or try and help us make a decision, even when it was blatantly clear we're confused and overwhelmed by the sheer number of menu items with no description. This shop seems to be more of a boutique, with clothes, hats and accessories, rather than a nutritional store, that also happens to sell drinks. I feel like if you're buying a "nutrition drink" you should have fruits with it, like in the case of a cherry limeade, have blended cherries, and a lime wedge or something. Because what I got was tiny simple syrup lime water, out of a pump. I could have gotten a bigger, better, cheaper drink, with a more welcoming service at sonic. I'm not impressed. Im really upset with the price tag too. I feel robbed honestly. Won't be back. Hope this helps others see through the facade.
Drinks are ok, but the young girls working were not welcoming and seemed bothered by customers. No greeting, no explanation of the drinks offered. Dismissive and rude. Though I like the drink the service puts me off.

Love this place today was me and my dads very first time going and it was nice - inside is cute & the ladies were nice & helpful - I got the strawberry "margarita" with collagen and it was alright it tasted kinda funny - my dad got the chocolate caramel meal replacement shakes and he said it was delish👌 so I would more than likely come back 😌
Full disclosure, I've only been here once I got the Fuig Falls drink. It was mediocre, that's not a knock on the establishment. The selection is huge, the staff is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. You should at least try it.

I've been here close to 20 times now and I love it! ALL of the girls working are always so nice, regardless of what shift you go in. They answer my questions and offer suggestions when I need it. The drinks are really smooth and I can get my protein and vitamins without TASTING it. I would recommend them a million times over!
Love the nutrition Shack about time we get one in Dayton I love going in there but usually always have what I need if they don't have it they order it
I have tried a myriad of Tea Shops "shacks", so I am well versed in knowing what shack is good/not good as far as price/product goes. The Nutrition Shack of Dayton and their new location opening in Huffman are of the same "club". (This means they share the same recipes) I usually get a "Captain America". Normally it is very sweet/strong in terms of flavor. (like a berry fruit drink) My party of two ordered two different drinks. (Unicorn and Captain America) Both drinks looked the same and tasted the same. (Which is quite an odd thing considering each drink is supposed to be "hand" crafted) I have reason to suspect that they are using alternative flavoring or they created some type of "premix" to cut cost. I have been to both locations, and the experience was the same no matter what. I do not think I will be back. I will stick to the shops that seem to be full flavor
