Snickerdoodle latte is a hug in a mug on a rainy cold day. I’m in love!!

I emailed corporate offices about this, without reply. This is why it's public. I would frequent here onve or twice a week for breakfast and coffee. Staff informed me that we received free drinks for 1st responders. I never asked for this service and was happy to reveive it. Other staff members would reluctantly honor this policy, until one day 2 weeks ago, it wasn't. You need to teach better customer service. At this time, you've created a discontented customer that refuses to return and will tell others not to as well. Thank you.

I love this place, I dont get to come as often as I like, so today was such a treat.. The coffee, the service, tacos, and pop tarts were all amazing. I got a lot of writing done as well.

This is the best White Rhino there is! Plenty of space to meet or do work. Parking is hard right now due to construction around the area. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and text messages. Love their teas, coffee and cookies!

This is a great coffee shop in the Bishop Arts District, full of exceptional coffee, sweets, food, merch, and places to sit. I had the cold brew with a splash of oak milk. It was pretty solid! Definitely worth having in hand as I walked to all the nearby shops. I’m definitely coming back for those signature drinks.

Been here a couple of times now and the service has been worse each time. The first time I visited I would say wait time was average and I got my order (coffee + pastry) within 10 minutes. Today I arrived and there were maybe 3 people there, but they were already backed up because of online orders. The cashier told us it would be about 15 minutes. The cashier then left to the back for 30 minutes to warm up food, coming out occasionally, and the barista was both taking order and TRYING to make drinks. This backed them up even more. We waited 40 minutes and only got part of our order. We got back in line to ask about our pastries since all they have to do is grab them from display and bag them, thinking they maybe just forgot. The cashier gave us attitude and told us it would be at least 5 more minutes, so we ended up canceling that part of our order and leaving. The ice in our iced coffee is entirely melted, none of the drinks are labeled, and they gave us an incorrect drink. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement; We likely won’t be back.

I enjoyed white rhino went it was burgundy and in Cedar Hill. Now it's extremely overpriced and you're better off going to Starbucks and asking for easy ice. I will say the toasted coconut is my fave and will get it once in a blue moon.

I liked how the staff was super friendly and would check on us at the tables from time to time to see if we needed anything else. For a coffee shop, it was nice to see them go above and beyond for their customers. Parking was tricky to get to, but the signs plastered on the street and inside the building really helped which was nice. I will definitely be coming back to work here.

I went to get coffee. I saw they have a parking garage for parking. It is very dark with little lighting. No thanks. I didn’t even get out. Not a great fan of parking garages any way but little lighting forget it!

It was one of the best coffees I’ve ever tried, and the atmosphere inside was great; the only thing the large latte coffee wasn’t filled till the end, please make it full! Otherwise would come there again.
