I originally wrote a pretty harsh review after a frustrating experience. I want to say the owner's response showed amazing customer service skills and I think that is something that is more important than one bad experience with employees. I would recommend this place because if they do make a mistake they will fix it. And no need to refund I deleted the original review y'all definitely deserve the high rating you have.
The coffee is good and the matcha is good!! I got a iced vanilla latte that was made to perfection. Just the right amount of sweet and the right amount of vanilla. My wife got the matcha latte and said it was great. I love that they are providing opportunities for women in the community! Definitely a place a will go back to and am happy to spend my money at!
Great place! Community and purpose of it being in existence is paramount. I didn't eat this visit...
Everything about this place is 5 star! The service, the atmosphere, the food and live music!!! It was truly a wonderful experience and definitely will become a go to spot for me!!
Great space with good coffee and teas. Sweets and pastries. Super friendly. Great spot for a quick sip, socializing, writing and working, or gathering for a super small event in the community room.

It’s about time I leave this place a review! I’ve been coming here for months now. Everything here is spectacular- the staff, the coffeehouse’s mission, the drink variety, the coffee quality, truly everything! They are pet friendly, which I really appreciate. There are many coffeeshops in the vicinity of this one, but I always come back to Well Grounded. The vibe is very cozy and it’s a great place to study- it never gets too loud and they have a private meeting room you can reserve. They have live music on occasion as well. I could not love this place any more!

Best coffee shop in the area. Excellent coffee, tasty eats, live music. Dog friendly inside and out. Definitely my go-to…and it’s for a worthy cause.
I can't say enough about this place. I'll start with the coffee which was great no complaints. I ordered a pastry and they asked if they could make it warm, all the better. They have the option to borrow a mug or take a cup depending on whether you're leaving or going or just prefer one or the other. The table seem to be set up Community Style and with a look that you are okay to do your own thing while you're having your coffee. There was one person there that was knitting. Another table had a group of friends that looked like they came there regularly and this was part of their dining room. The next time I'm in Dallas I'll surely visit and stay awhile.
This is a great coffee shop. Americano was very nice and the cinna-biscuit was delicious!

A sweet coffee shop with some of the nicest baristas around. I also love that they have Vegan options. If you want a cozy place to enjoy coffee, study, catch up with friends, this is the place to be. And, they serve Full City Rooster beans!

Well Grounded is Wonderful!
The lavender latte is amazing and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. I visited in the morning on a weekday and it wasn't crowded. I love the good cause this place supports, and it's nice to have a coffee shop in the area other than starbucks!
