Urban Coffee is a staple for those who use the tunnels on the west half of downtown. The shop is privately owned, but serve Starbucks coffee. The owner of often behind the registry and is very friendly. Great place to grab a quick drink. They also sell basic snacks and breakfast items, like muffins.
Great experience and coffee this morning. The owner is always very polite and inviting. "We try to make everything that comes out of here perfect, so please let me know if it is not. Have a wonderful day," he said today as he handed me a new punch card. Amazing customer service and a PERFECT coffee! Thanks!

I received 5 star service from the guy that’s always there. The dulce de leche frappe was delicious and it made my crabby mood fade away. 😊💕
They do charge more then regular Starbucks does and you don't get the Starbuck level coffee is terrible and the owner is acting nice but the service is terrible If I could give zero stars I would. Go there only if you like to pay more then Starbucks and receive service as a lower end coffee shop.
