Very nice atmosphere where you can relax. Ordered a cardamom latte (decaf), it was so good 👍 we also got their brownie which was not too sweet and the chocolate in the middle was so smooth. The custard cream on the top was so yum. Gotta try this !
I ordered a cappuccino and almond croissant, $12 poorly spent. The croissant was abnormally hard, so I didn't even try it. The cappuccino is the smallest cappuccino ever (to be fair the barista told me it was only 8oz when I ordered). However, it tasted absolutely awful. The espresso was burnt badly. I normally drink dark robust blends so it wasn't that. It was burnt.
Great coffee and a wonderful space for meeting up with friends.
Good coffee!!! Nice environment
Good not great.. my sandwich was cold in the middle as if it had been frozen and warmed..😒 nice vibes, fresh plants, beautiful decor..
Love the interior and atmosphere. Downtown doesn't have too much of good coffee shops, so it's good to have this place. The wifi didn't work few times that I've been there, so it's more like grab & go or just to sit, not a place for work.
Service was slightly stand-offish but the egg bacon cheddar sandwich was really bad, the cheese was hot melted to the bacon and egg but the underside of the egg was ice cold. I choked it down and left in a hurry
The name of this place is a little misleading, as there are no fine foods sold here. This place is actually just a small coffee shop attached to the Adolphus, not bad for a hotel coffee shop but not good enough to be a stand alone cafe.
Tucked away inside the Adolphus Hotel, this busy but quiet café is great for a coffee and quick pastry.
Nice coffee and goodies:-)
I grab my afternoon coffee from Otto's. They are always super friendly and the roast on the beans for the americano is so good.
Really good concept and coffee
Good vibes for a coffee break.
I had the opportunity to visit Otto's Coffee Shop in Dallas, and I have to say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. The coffee at Otto's was truly outstanding - I ordered a latte and it was expertly brewed, with the perfect amount of foam. They also offered a wide range of milk alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant or prefer plant-based options. In addition to the delicious coffee, Otto's also had some amazing pastries and sandwiches. Overall, I would highly recommend Otto's Coffee Shop to anyone in the Dallas area. If you love great coffee and tasty treats, this is definitely a place you need to visit!
Very nice quiet place with good coffee and pastry.
The first thing that gets you is the aroma of the place. The aroma tells you that this is for serious coffee drinkers. Irresistible! The staff was super friendly giving us advice on what to see and where to go in Dallas. Very cool place to sit, drink your beverage, and watch the world go by in downtown Dallas
Waffle was not very good. Coffee was fine.
This friendly place has the perfect beverage for any occasion, and their prices are unbeatable! The staff here will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Cafeteria workers are amazing, kind hard workers and they serve order fast, even when is a long line waiting. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate is the worst I ever tasted. It’s just water with something that we can not call chocolate. Is like getting a dirty chocolate cup and filling it with water. When you pay 5$ for 12z you expect more.
Amazing pastries, decor, and selection of coffee concoctions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only watch out (and it's more for the Magnolia Hotel) is that due to the high volume of guests, valeting in relatively easy, but valeting out of the 🏢 can take some time. However, if you're just strolling about, you have nothing to worry about. A must-try ☕ spot if you're in Downtown.
