I ordered a caramel iced latte with oat milk. The flavor was well balanced and smooth. Definitely better than Dunkin and Starbucks.

I was disappointed during my recent visit to this coffee shop. I ordered $20 worth of drinks, but was only given plastic to-go cups even though I asked for coffee mugs. Apparently, the shop has a rule to only serve drinks in plastic cups 2 hours before closing. As a regular customer, I enjoy the coffee experience here and was let down that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the plastic cups. Coffee just doesn't taste the same in plastic. I wish the shop would reconsider this policy and offer coffee mugs until closing time. Despite this issue, I have always found the coffee to be great and the service to be decent, although the staff can be a bit reserved. I hope the shop can address this matter and make the coffee experience even better for its customers.

Have you ever had a list of coffee shops to visit but then got stuck going back to the first over and over because of how good their coffee is? Well, that is Merit Coffee Co. They consistently made one of the best flat whites I have ever had. Cannot wait to get back to Dallas to swing by for another, and another.
Really solid spot to get a bite and some coffee. Came here to work remotely, plenty of space. Great cold brew and their food items are really good too. Also their staff are very friendly. Overall a great vibe.
Its a great place to sit down and work. However, drinks are definitely overpriced. Also, the chick with the tattoo on her right arm could definitely benefit from some hospitality training… I’d return even prices were high, but attitude like hers is a dealbreaker. The other guys there were nice.

Had a very peppermint holiday drink that made it a bit hard to tell how the coffee was but did the trick. Seating was well supplied.
I’m super glad to have checked out this place before leaving Texas (was in Dallas for a short visit). The place reminded me of the beginning of the rise of specialty cafes. The menu was appealing. The lady who assisted me with my order was very nice. The coffee and the vibes were classic. Recommended!
The aroma of fresh coffee beans fills the air as I enter this small but cozy shop. The baristas are working hard behind their smoothies and lattes, preparing them for customers who will undoubtedly love what they make!

I really enjoyed this place. It has nice smooth coffee with great flavours. The vibe was chilled but the decor isn't the most soulful. Overall great experience.
So I tried something new and the apple cider Chai was amazing. The people behind the counter were amazing also.
