I wasn't acknowledged as an UberEats pickup while 2 ladies stood around talking and one stood directly in front and facing me as she organized the counter....made no eye contact whatsoever. I had to ask to be helped and didn't get a "you're welcome" to my "thank you". Maybe they don't get many black people.

Good ambience to sip a coffee with a friend or a date. The staff was very friendly, customized drinks as we asked. Great selection of coffees and bites. Great seating place inside and outside.

Love their lavender latte! Their espresso tastes so aromatic. 10/10 recommend for your caffeine fix! Order online for a quicker pickup. Uptown location can get pretty busy. Also try their avocado toast with burrata!
I love the avo toast and coffee here. However, I’ve had issues with picking up my food a few times. If I receive a text that my order is ready, I would like all the items in my order to be ready, otherwise what’s the point of ordering ahead? The previous time I never received a text that my order was ready. On a positive note, the gentleman at the cashier is phenomenal! Each time I’ve been there, I’ve noticed he’s always smiling, has great energy, and is very friendly and professional. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days, so he deserves a shout out. Thank you so much!

I always go to the Addison location, always an amazing vibe. This morning I stopped at the Oaklawn location with a friend. I had previously mentioned La La Land to her and the great customer service, so she was excited to try out the place. Definitely not what I expected, we were not greeted. When my friend mentioned to the young lady at the register it was her first time and asked what coffee drink she recommended, she said she didn't know but recommended some food. When we got our drinks my friend mentioned that she didn't expect her drink to be so small, since she wasn't asked what size she automatically assumed they just offered one size. It not that we received bad customer service, just wasn't what I expected from La La Land.
Pretty busy on Saturday for brunch, but the line was moving and a line is to be expected for a good coffee and brunch place on Saturday morning. The music was a bit loud and everyone had to talk over it, making the atmosphere all the more louder. The food was good. The place is super cute. The staff were friendly, professional, and hard working.

I think the coffee is overrated but the ambiance is great. Additional parking space available behind the building. Figured it out accidentally.

We were in Dallas for a few day trip and La La Land is the only place we went to twice! Delicious coffee and such a fun, happy environment! The staff was so friendly! We'll be back on our next trip to Dallas for sure! My only complaint is that you haven't opened a La La Land yet in Rochester, NY 😜 come our way please!
La La Land Kind Cafe was a great experience. Employees were generously kind and it lives to its name. A little pricey but worth the money. Solid 4.5/5 I would recommend to try
