Cute hidden coffee shop gem! Very clean inside, restrooms are super clean as well!! Quite enough space to sit and do work and they have office/work rooms you can use (I didn’t use these so not sure if you have to reserve before coming). I’m not a big coffee fan, but had their iced Strawberry Shortcake Latte (spring seasonal drink) and it was very delicious!!! Check this place out!

Good wifi and great coffee! Typical prices and no non-fat milk. Parking is tight.

I love finding New To Me places in city I live & work. Herb’s was just that!! Gives major hidden gem vibes while in plain sight!! A charming crew was working. Seriously loving my cold brew as I write this review. Can’t wait to go & use their workspace!!

Some of the best espresso based drinks in Dallas! The signature blend is really good and there are some great Baristas who can put together some fantastic drinks. I tried a hot matte the first time and it was steamed to perfection. Great atmosphere for working or studying - quiet with plenty of seating.

Sometimes satisfaction LIES in simplicity. Or maybe simplicity sometimes provides TRUE satisfaction. Either way…I love many Herbs (wink wink)…but I also really liked Herbs House Coffee & Co. This decent sized cafe is quite tucked away in a side street but after opening the doors you realize that you’ve found a caffeinated oasis. The experience kicked off with a charming staff but the odd thing was….the first 3 items I ordered…they had run out of! Inconvenient? yes…but I also arrived late morning and there were plenty of patrons already sitting in the modern well appointed establishment enjoying what I could only hope to have. I made my way to a seat and waited for a fresh batch brew of Herbs coffee and an omelette which I settled on. The coffee…sheeesh. Freakin amazing! Some of the best I’ve had in a while. Abundant in flavor, strength and enough caffeine to get your toes curled on an early morning. The omelette was plain…but not bad plain…just simple. A thin light folded gathering of eggs topped with some cheese mix. A little salt a bit of pepper and I was satisfied. Sometimes simplicity works. The best part was when I went to pay for my order after the slight inconvenience of being out of some items…I was awarded with complementary coffee. I mean…Damn good make your tongue twerk type complementary coffee! What more can you ask for?! Soo..I’d recommend it. I’d go again. So should you. Get there early. They’re pretty darn popular. This place has killer vanilla latte. It's super smooth not too sweet. I enjoy the attention to detail. The pound cake will need to be changed imo. It's a literal dry chunk of cake. I'm from the south so I'm expecting a soft cake. Soaking it on milk made it easier to go down but there's no flavor outside of the brownsugar on the rim.

Delicious hot chocolate but I think the staff was either very tired or just plain cranky.

Everything about this cafe was amazing, but most of all the staff. Yummy tacos, delicious coffee, lots of space to sit. Will be back.

This cafe is a hidden gem! They offer a "Morning Toast" iced coffee and it is delicious! Def a must try for those cold coffee drinkers. Herb offers a range of pastries and breakfast options to get the morning hustle out of the way. Excellent place to study, take a break, and even have a meeting. There are rooms thst are closed of to accommodate meeting needs.

Very chill spot to come work and drink good coffee! Plenty of spaces to work and the staff was great! Sandwiches were simple but good and coffee was better than average!
