We were there Sunday April 18th at lunch time. They were out of menus which delayed ordering. Our waitress did not seem to have any concept of time & ignored us for long periods of time. It took 55 minutes to receive our 2 burgers. One young lady identified herself as the owners daughter and apologized. Reduced our meal by 50%. Was an overall very poor experience. Not sure we’ll give them another chance.
Stopped in for a double latte! Nice chat with owner and staff. While I didn’t get food, desserts looked wonderful and don’t know how I resisted. If you are looking for a true coffee shop with added benefit of great food and service, make this place your go to hangout! I plan on returning for coffee and relaxation and to eat!
All around just love the place
Stopped by while driving through town. Had the Al Capone, which was surprisingly excellent. It was sweet without being overpowering. Friendly staff too.
If I could give ZERO stars for service I would.i ordered lunch on the phone. She said it would take about 20-25 minutes before it was ready... I left the clinic to pick up the food 25 minutes later as we were busy. I showed up there and they said that one of the meals were done. But the other three were not ready. I waited for 30 minutes for the rest of the food. The girl came out and asked the other lady there if (our last order) was a chicken sandwich and I said "No,it was a well done shot caller". She just looked at me and said "I was just verifying it with HER". Then I told her I wasn't sure they were going to want cold food, then I went to my car to get my phone and call to see if they still wanted it and when I walked back in she sat there watching me talk to them and said "her food is now ready".. we got the food to the clinic and the food was cold, even the RARE shot caller. Which was supposed to be WELL DONE. When we called to tell them it was wrong they hung up. I called back to try to get a hold of the owners, not one person would tell us how to reach them. He said to catch the owners on Facebook. We attempted and the owners have not contacted us, nor did they accept our post.
FAR too much salt! It's like they were trying to take us out with the stuff. We all ordered was the "breakfast bowl", you get a lot of food but ours was completely inedible. We went back again a few weeks later and requested the same dish with NO salt.. yet it came back so salty that it was completely inedible again. We have now wasted money buying food for our entire family, twice at this establishment only for the food to go straight in the trash. I really can't recommend this place, ESPECIALLY if you have dietary restrictions that require low or no salt. I wonder if the cook realizes he can poison people with that much sodium
Food is so salty that you can't eat it. My girlfriend and I ordered two completely different things off the menu and both things had an overwhelming amount of salt. We were on our way out of town (heading to Dallas to catch a flight) so we couldn't return to get the order remade and had to get airport food instead. Such a waste of time and money. We gave them a call to let them know what had happened and the person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. Funny thing is, because we were leaving on a long trip, we did not even expect a refund, we were merely calling to inform them so other customers didn't have the same bad experience. We thought we were doing them a favor. We couldn't imagine why any meal from a restaurant would have so much salt, much less two different meals, so we thought maybe there was something wrong and it was an accident, perhaps their salt shaker was loose, who knows, but reading the other reviews now, I see we were not the only people to have had this experience which is why I'm convinced the good reviews are friends and relatives of the owner and not legitimate. We called because we wanted to help them out by informing them of what had happened but the response we got for our effort was unreasonable and frankly downright rude. We are new to town, just moved here a few months ago and are disappointed that with this being one of very few restaurants in town that they had such lousy food and horrendous customer service. We will never be back.
Service was great. Real friendly atmosphere. Had a problem with the food but it was immediately taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place.
This place is a revelation! The coffee is on point. The blueberry scones are amazing. I’m still blown away by the coffee and food I had this morning. We need this place in Lincoln, Nebraska now!
It's as great spot .. nice lil date night
Fried shrimp were very good. The grilled vegetables had a good taste but were very salty. They were out of herb butterscotch for shrimp. The salad was served in a small bowl, which made it difficult to eat without off.

Great food, but I wouldn’t be eating there again. The charge for a glass of water and have some kind of surcharge that is not listed on the menu or on a sign.
Food is good, however only realized today that you are automatically charged a service charge and we were not given an understandable reason why, although we were only a party of two. Then, we realized that they were charging .50 for a glass of ice water. Nowhere are either of these charges mentioned until you see them on your bill. Very disappointed.

My fiance is from the UK she will be back May 11th. We will definitely be back their such a great place we love it. ❤
