Loud for a coffee shop. Limited menu. They offer a "vietnamese inspired" sandwich, but for all that I'd suggest an actual banh mi shop in the area that's not catering to the palm colored yoga mom crowd. They said the food is not customizable because it was "pre-packaged." I didn't inquire further. No drive thru, no designated curbside parking, and I waited a few minutes for a Chai latte to go. The chai was ok, and made to order. No complaints there. They did have some nice art on the walls, and seemed to feature a local artist, maybe. Overall, not a place I would frequent.
Rude customer service... which I was totally not expecting, the food did make up for it though. This one Batista wouldn't get off her phone and was obviously distracted by whoever she was texting.
Terrible place. Expensive and takes very long. Employees chatting to customers for too long forgetting other customers that are waiting for their coffee. I will never comeback.
This is my favorite cafe in Cypress ,Tx.Location is wonderful, like a small European street. If you like capuchino then you are there for a treat,it is complete perfection.Cozy ambiance and great blend of different people, peaceful and creative.
I was having an event that had total 10 people that were coming so I picked L3 Craft Coffee for the location. I came in last minute to ask if they can let me have 10 people and they were so helpful to set up a big reserved table for me. Outstanding customer service! I’d recommend this coffee place.
My favorite coffee spot in the area. No one competes with the flavors and service
Nice place but it needs attention. Front door, inside and outside seating need to be clean. This isn’t a time to keep eating areas visibly dirty.
Best coffee I’ve had in a while! Doesn’t taste watered down or anything!! I got the pistachio white mocha syrup and it was amazing
The baristas were kind of rude. I was just interested in what chocolate they use for syrup and the cashier gave me huge attitude. The baristas don’t greet their customers when they come in. Surprised with the high reviews. Not a warm welcome at all… at least the coffee was really good. What the service lacked, the espresso made up for.
Great coffee place to hang out with friends. Most of the Bridgeland folks visit this place.
Excellent coffee, service, and atmosphere. Consistent every time. And they know what you are going to order when you walk in! Love it!
The pictures / branding made me think this would be a a specialty shop, but if was very much not that. As a standard coffee shop, it was fine (maybe 3.5 stars) but if it wants to be “specialty” or “craft” it’s got a lot of work to do in training staff & managing its space. The coffee was good, the experience was not so much.
This place a gem! They make great coffee, espresso, and tea. the avocado toast is delicious too. One of the bright spots that is food and beverage related in Cypress.
My family and I look forward to our weekend coffee routine at L3. The baristas are always friendly and our drinks are consistently good. I really appreciate how family friendly this place is!
Great place to make new friends or just meet people you already know. Coffee is delicious and the service is excellent!
Great staff! Loved the white chocolate raspberry frappe
After many years of being in the specialty coffee industry it's always nice going back and visiting the latest shops. I will preface that the staff here are all sweethearts and their service is impeccable. The atmosphere is cozy with some interesting design choices some better than others. But my qualm is with the coffee. The espresso was bitter. Very minor hints of notes attempted to shine through but were muddled with ashy, and burnt flavor notes. There's a lack of variety as well, you would think a place referring to themselves as "craft coffee" would have more than just a house blend on espresso. For the people of the suburbs this is exemplary, but for those that have been around, they’ll know. Why be enough when you can be great. My suggestions? - At least one other option for your espresso - Take your time to properly train your baristas, you're doing them a disservice and they’re the ones that have to bear with your customers. This includes proper steaming, dialing in regularly, etc. Just a former barista sharing their thoughts though. Do what you will at the end of the day it’s your business.
Great service, excellent food and drinks, nice music and ample seating. They also somehow managed to perfectly toast my sandwich with some sort of wizardry, lol.
My iced mocha was awesome! So I was in the area a second time and got another, still awesome. But the pastry was not good at all. No matter. I'll be back to try other coffees drinks. I like this place.
Every time I’m in town this is my go-to place. No other coffee shop in Cypress compares, and I think they rival the best coffee shops around Houston.
