The buyer was actually very good. Frozen fries deep fried OK at best. Clearly a republican establishment. Not much else in this town.
Came off the road after 12hrs driving and it hit the spot. They made me a catfish sandwich, with fries, that was on point. Loved the small town atmosphere like back home, grabbed a cool shirt and got back on the road.

This place has Trump memorabilia everywhere. Personally I like to eat in a non-political environment. That’s like trying to push your religion down everyone’s throat. Plus they make political charged post on FB of all places! Ridiculous.. Gonna be a hard pass on Moosehead from now on.

Genuine slice of Americana right here. Had lunch. Service was quick and friendly. Food was good. Atmosphere is patriotic, conservative and historic. Stop in here if you're in the area.
Everything was outstanding.
Had the absolute best time! Food was delish and spot on. Staff and owner were the best made us feel like family, country store in back was so much fun lots of good finds.. Onion rings were the best I’ve had! Back soon!
Stopped in for lunch while traveling East thru town. Texas people are the best! Friendly staff and great food. Neat town center with small local owned shops.

In town visiting family who have only lived in town about a year now. Hadn't tried it before but definitely will go back!!! Good ol southern cooking! 😋 Our waitress, I wish I recalled her name, loved her, she was a hoot! All the staff was super friendly and the food was amazing!!!
Good Country Cooking. Their Catfish is awsome. If and when I ever pass that way again that will certainly be one of my stops

quaint ,fair food...service was slow but busy lunch hour on a Saturday lunch.
Down to earth small town cafe with friendly service. I had the catfish special and the catfish was wonderful. The Cole slaw wasn't the greatest, but I'm not into it much anyway. Would definitely come back.
