The 7th Street Corsicana location was where we stopped after picking up our new Casita camper in Rice TX. We got a variety of cookies and ordered a couple sandwiches. My husband and I were exclaiming they were two of the best sandwiches we’d ever had! The bread was so soft and the ingredients delicious and fresh. Wish we had this bakery in Kansas City…SO SO good!

The restrooms alone are a reason to stop in. They are so clean and actually smell nice. Collin street absolutely deserves all of its recognition. The fruitcakes are so moist and have a fantastic flavor. We even tried their rolls and raisin bread. I cannot wait to come back this way for more goodies.

Unfortunately I think I stopped on the wrong day, Bakery items were limited and they did not look fresh.. I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was pretty good.. This is a Beautiful building and the outside atmosphere was very inviting.. Good customer service..

One of my favorite places to stop and pick up the pecan bread for my Mom when I travel home for a visit.

Bought a loaf of pecan bread, and some other bakery goods. We opened up the bread and it was dry. I mean shingle dry. Wrote them, got a return on how much we liked the products. I wrote back, and told them the issue. They sent an email, I can bring it up for you. They sent two new product updates, and a demand letter to find out which store we went to. Told them on I-45. That was the knife that got me. I had already told them. Short story long -never heard another thing. Who is the customer? We usually buy 5-6 fruit cakes at $39.00 each at Christmas as gifts. Looking for something else, I will never again waste gas and time to pull in there. Merry Christmas 🎄

Wonderful and tasty pastries and desserts. Rather pricey, but you get the best I've ever tasted. The Pecan Cake is the ultimate.

A very inviting, clean place to stop and be refreshed. The pastry selection is varied as well as the menu which offers lunch fare. Our sandwiches were nice size if you are hungry, you can also go for a half which is a good choice. There is also a comfy coffee niche where you can also just sit and relax. A good choice with friendly staff.

Collin Street Bakery is a Texas institution! Their fruit cakes have been shipped all over the world. They are not your typical fruit cakes. They are moist, delicious, and made with Texas pecans (pe-cah-ns)! Their bakery and restaurant has much to be proud of as well. The cookie display will start your mouth watering. My favorite is the cheese crisp “cookies”. They remind me of the ones my grandmother made when I was a child. My husband loves the cherry refrigerator cookies. There are so many great things to eat, and a bonus for those who drive a Tesla…there are charging stations!! Plug your car in for a charge and then go inside to recharge yourself. Win win.

this place is really cute, and the customer service is great but we just didn’t enjoy the baked goods. super unfortunate bc I love sweets and visiting bakeries is something we love to do. we ordered a variety of baked goods (cake, pie, cookies), and the chocolate chip cookies were hard. some flavors were baked longer and some were soft, and I’m not sure if that was the intention. the iced oatmeal cookie was the perfect texture, but it tasted like almost nothing - like you can only taste the icing. the chocolate chip cookie had a hard texture and didn’t have a hint of vanilla or butter, and that was pretty disappointing - same feedback for the chocolate pie. all of the great reviews made us stop here, but idk maybe we caught them on an off day…

Nice store. Good food. Extravagant prices. A small fruitcake costs here about 22 dollars. At Walmart, a similar cake costs about 6 dollars.

Great texas bakery. Has history and texas pride. Popular for the Fruit cake and been showcased in cult classic “The Godfather” They have deli as well. Good coffee as well. It is about 2 hours drive from Houston. Place is closed on Sunday. So best to visit the place if driving to Dallas.

Stopped by due to Tesla superchargers. While waiting I walked into this bakery and was attracted by the peaceful vibe. Bathroom is clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Cookies are the best, and they are not too sweet.

While in town visiting a customer I wanted to bring breakfast, not knowing anything about Collin Street Bakery I thought I would give them a try after reviewing their reviews. I purchased a variety of the danish selections and also purchased a Key-lime pie to bring home. I was a hit with my customer and my wife. If your in town be sure to stop in for breakfast or lunch.
