It was an amazing environment, very friendly, and great energy, I wish we lived closer I would make this part of my morning routine if I could. Also ask for something traditional I asked what he would recommend and it was amazing I forgot the name but it did not disappoint would definitely say it’s beaten all the other coffee places I’ve tried.

A fantastic little coffee shop hidden away. The inside is serene. Coffee is wonderful. Food is fantastic. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A definite hidden gem. They import their brand directly from Vietnam, and toast them in house. A must place to check out and relax.

Recommend the brunch boné! One of the best I've had in a long time! All of the coffee choices have been great, my favorite is the coconut latte. The staff is also very friendly and prompt!

Saigon Civet Cafe boasts a nice atmosphere with a blend of lounge, library, and cozy living room feel. It was trendy and chic when I entered and the staff was responsive and helpful. I ordered an Americano with cream which was filled to the brim, and it was almost lukewarm. It tasted great, but needed to be hot. I went to study on my laptop and there wasn’t really a place to plug in and sit down at a table, so I sat at a table and just used battery power. The only outlets I could spot were next to couches. It almost seems like they don’t want people lingering around, although I am certain that’s not the case because as I mentioned previously it’s a very cozy place and their WI-FI information is posted conveniently and worked well. They also have a book shelf and I overheard them explain to a customer that they do a book exchange: “Take a book, leave a book,” which I find to be beneficial.

Great coffee, great service! Knowledgeable baristas with delicious concoctions, really nice machines including an in-house roaster. The owner was very friendly and inviting. They also had a great variety of homemade Vietnamese snacks.

Been here 2 days in a row. Tried two different brewing methods for their robusta beans and man, these guys know how to roast and brew robusta bean coffee. Smooth, bold, and mocha like flavor. They even pull espresso using robusta beans. I never had that before in my life. The crema was ecstasy. Their iced hazelnut latte is fire. You can see the passion the staff here has for coffee as they are highly informed and provide detailed but not exhausting explanations about their products. Wish I lived around here. Just wanted to try a café that in-house roasts their own beans. Aside from robusta, they still carry and roast their own arabica beans.
