Visiting from out of town. Vowed not to hit same place twice but did this one Had the BEAT a second time. So good.
Great delicious food! Friendly servers, food came by really fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast here. Would recommend!

Very tasty coffee and many choices. Also, they have a lot of cheesecake to choose from and many pastries. They offer a full breakfast. I wasn’t there to eat the breakfast, but it looked amazing. And right next-door they had a quaint little store connected to the restaurant. Was very beautiful.
I wanted to take my son-in-law’s mother someplace special. She’s like a sister to me and was in town for their wedding. We had a wonderful time and the desserts are absolutely fantastic! We had to get 2 great Hester’s coffee mugs to commemorate the special day!! Thanks Hester for a meal that turned into a great family memory!

I had the house soup and sandwich. The soup isn't actually a soup as it contains no liquid. It was still good though. It tasted like Chilli and had what looked like lima beans in it. The portion was so big that I couldn't eat the sandwich.
Love the Cheesy Beat!! Never can go wrong with the cloud pancakes. The customer service is excellent and the cleanliness is top-notch!!

This is a nice place and I like the atmosphere. But what I don’t like is eating cold food or barely warm food. Today (04/15/2023) I ordered Omelette Curlew and the first bite of it was cold not even warm, so I asked our waitress whether it was just made because it was cold and she asked me if I wanted it to be redone, so I said yeand gave the plate back to her. She was like: “all of it?”🤷♀️ I’m not sure what she meant by saying that, how else she planned on remaking my food if not taking my plate… Though the absurdity was I n the fact that she came back a few mins later with the words: “be careful it’s really hot” when it was barely warm no sign of steam whatsoever. Like my husband said she was mean to me in a polite way. I didn’t say anything after that, it was my husband’s birthday breakfast. So…I’d say that I’m a bit disappointed in this place and its service. Our order was #10, party of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). We got there at 10am.
Absolutely awesome. No better way to say it. Great food. Quick service. Everything was perfect. The pancakes are ridiculous. And if you order the Monte Christi, make an appointment with your cardiologist 30 minutes after you are finished eating. I will return every time I am in Corpus Christi. Well done!!!!
Don't get the cheesy beat. Try a cloud cake and whatever else.
Highly recommended! I was passing through from out of town looking for some breakfast with my puppy dog stopped here and loved it.. Food was fresh & tasted great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, not to mention dogs are allowed on the patio and or @ the tables next door connected to the restaurant.
Fabulous breakfast! I had the omelet with mushrooms and bacon (can't recall it's name), and my friend's "eggs Benedict" variation was AWW YEAH! I mean Crab Cake instead of Canadian bacon!?! YES!

We have been coming here for a decade and it is consistently delicious. The desserts are the best in Corpus and the ambience is lovely. The staff and customer service should be the yard stick for all other businesses in the coastal bend.
This is our new favorite place to go. The food is so good and desserts look awesome. Wife said their cheese cake was the best she has ever had. Love their coffee
I was looking forward to this trip, I recently moved to Corpus and heard that this was a great place. Apon arrival an older gentleman greeted us he was very kind and attentive. But as soon as he was gone the rest of the staff did not engage. After looking for the menus which were located by another door, we finally got in line and ordered. When ordering the young man at the counter did not speak up enough so I had to constantly ask what he said he also had an earphone in one ear. Then he and another co worker continued to complain about another customer as I am trying to place my order. The food was not worth the price the fruit on my plate was very dry not fresh at all. I ordered the eggs Benedict I was kinda disappointed to be honest. I hate to be so hard but the cost was not worth the experience and the quality of the food.
The food is delicious and the service is amazing. I've been here many times and it's a local favorite. The only gripe I have is that their portion sizes are significantly smaller since the last time I went. I got the turkey hash and although it was as delicious as ever, it was half the size it used to be. Their pastries and desserts are the best and their coffee frappés are delicious I highly recommend giving them a try.
