Candy bacon tacos and the plainly pancakes are to die for!!! And for every meal there’s a drink to complements it’s flavor and makes the meal that much more enchanting!! But the drinks themselves makes you thirst for another and another!!
The candied bacon tacos , the chorizo skillet and ESPECIALLY THE TRES LECHES PANCAKES ARE A MUST TRY !!! Excellent service and Black owned business ! The berry Bliss tea is a must try too !
Second time here, but it's not much different from the first. Here we go: the barista had good customer service, and did everything she could since she was effectively working alone on all the coffee orders. It wasn't particularly busy, but it took 50 minutes to get a simple order of two drinks - for take out. It's a good thing they're not using the the drive thru, from the looks of it. There's no animosity toward the barista, but the other 3-4 employees sitting in the kitchen could have AT LEAST come to help with the register so that the barista could make drinks instead of constantly taking new orders. There was no need to leave the barista alone when there weren't even that many food orders. It's a shame. The atmosphere is nice, the food is tasty, but the wait time makes it NOT WORTH coming back.
Waited over 50 minutes for a simple coffee order for two. I feel bad for the one barista working all by herself with no help. They need to do better.
I was going to leave a 3 or so, but after looking them up on social media to see if my experience was unique I see that they badmouth other small businesses?! Wow. Never again!
Really good coffee and amazing food! The Candied Bacon Tacos were perfect! No complaints from me!
Best full-scale coffee shop in Corpus. They use a local roaster (also the best in town) called Driftwood that roasts great, flavorful, specialty coffee. The food and other drinks are also incredible, and the service is always top tier. Highly recommend.
Great food and service. Loved the Blueberry Muffins!
This is my favorite spot in Corpus Christi. They have the BEST coffee. The owner and staff are super friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable about coffee, foods, etc. The atmosphere is very welcoming and their music is always really cool.
Do not go here the coffee and food is just as bad as the owners attitude, I’d rather get a mcafe from McDonald’s and that’s the god honest truth
This place has some pathetic hateful people. Just toxic to the community. And they approve they hateful words they spread. Just no
owner is VERY unprofessional, i followed his page wanting to go and try the food and all i’ve seen is him bashing new local businesses! i will never support a business like this, 0 stars. ☺️ Seems very jealous and intimated by small businesses and i hope the owner learns bashing them only makes his business look bad! do better
Waste of time money food had me sick food poisoning I was sick had to get IV fluids in the ER because it had me throwing up and nausea had to miss a day of work to recover NEVER again
Made me feel stupid for trying to explain what I liked for coffee so he could recommend something to me, cinnamon sugar cookie was old and dry. Chorizo taco wasn’t even as good as Laredo taco company at stripes, Very rude owner. Wanted to like it and be supportive but you know have to leave an honest opinion
Coffee taste like some plain old red tub Folgers, and the owner stinks
If I could leave 0 I would. Very unprofessional no acknowledgment service was not to expectation at all
I wasn’t going to leave my review since I try to only leave positive reviews, but the owners seem to like negativity so here’s mine. The avocado toast was under seasoned. When I politely asked for salt I was scoffed at and told that the food was pre-seasoned. Then asked again if I actually wanted salt. I waited another 5 minutes to be handed a plate with a pinch of salt on it. The cinnamon toast was actually too greasy. My organization paid for a private area. The decor was literally falling apart and scattered on the floor. When we were leaving we were asked to bus our own tables. The owner was not friendly or even polite. Customer service was actually a 0/10.
Coral Bean is the most artisan true craft restaurant I have EVER been to. The food is always beautiful & delicious. The presentation is gorgeous. Everything is fresh. It takes a while, but worth the wait. Also a bit pricey, but worth it.
Wonderful stack of blueberry pancakes with an orange cream sauce that was not overpowering. Excellent. And have a hot vanilla coffee drink. Can't remember what it was but it was the best I remember having. Keep trying a few till you find it.
Great food, great coffee, wonderful atmosphere and friendly service! 😀
