**WARNING** If you want to "walk up" and order a pizza, it's NOT gonna happen. We arrived at 3:30pm and were told our pizza wouldn't be ready till 8:30pm. I'm wondering if this caveat is stated anywhere on their site or FB page. I've had their pizza before, we walked up and had a pizza 20min later. But today, no go. There should be a sign or something 🤷🏻‍♀️ We toured the area and waited till we got hungry to order.... Boy were we disappointed. Here's the owner's response he sent to me directly, I guess he didn't want the public to see that he doesn't like public opinions. "Response from the owner an hour ago It's memorial day weekend. We have been accepting reservations for 3 weeks so those guests who made reservations are in front of you. Our staff have been busting their buttons to serve walkups without reservations like yourself this holiday weekend & you go online to bring down our rating with 3 stars because there is a wait? Signs, Pinned Facebook, every review site states clear reservations accepted, not required & highly recommended for holidays & prime time. "

The Greatest Pizza in Texas… maybe that I have ever had! Owner is super nice and Pokémon store is must try. Truly a great environment and a wonderful place… just make sure to reserve your dough!

GOT THE "BUBBA" WITH THE GREEK SALAD. MOST EXCELLENT SCARF EXPERIENCE, AND THE DOG THOUGHT YOUR CRUST WAS YUMMY IN HER TUMMY 😋

Who would think you need to reserve dough out multiple days before you may want one pizza? We came here a few months back and ordered a pizza just fine so didn't think anything of walking over on a Friday afternoon. I get their process takes time but maybe have a few extra doughs made for walk ins? We heard multiple people turned away after us. The lady at the counter was a bit rude as well. Sad to say this because we loved the pizza when we came last time! After reading the owner's responses to the reviews similar to mine I realized the rudeness of the lady at the counter is a common theme here. Awaiting the salty response 😁 Edit: Owner assumed I arrived at prime time when clearly I mentioned we came in the afternoon, not 7pm. All that time crafting sarcastic rude responses to customers maybe could be spent making more dough 🤔

Such a gem in our community! The Pizza is absolutely amazing, but what really stands out is how Ty and his team take care of their customers. Customer service is critical, especially in the environment we now live in and they knock it out of the park.

A pizza window with reservations only. Bizarre business model.

Ty- just a recommendation as so many people visit that are not from the area. Please put a clear sign over the window or right next to it that you're out of dough or however you want to phrase it. A lot of people wander High Street or come back and have made a mental note to stop by. They then park, walk over, sometimes family, elderly, kids in tow, stand in line with others and then finally get to the window just to find out that the availability is out for the day. It happens to the best BBQ places too, but Franklins and other places put a sign you can see almost clearly from the street, that something is sold-out. A majority of people are more understanding than we realize and will 'get it' if given a little heads-up. We love you guys but think that would help. Plus a lot of us aren't on Facebook or social media; don't hate us just because of that. Keep up the great work- just think a good sign would help a lot with public relations from people I talk to in line.

We absolutely devoured the margarita and C.P.T. pies while watching the sun go down after a relaxing day exploring the hill country. We really lucked out and were able to get a pie without advanced booking on a Thursday night, but calling ahead and booking your dough in advance is highly recommended.

My family and friends were in Comfort for a wedding in March 2023. stayed at a bed and Breakfast near the restaurant. Walked over to order a pizza. The girl at the counter said it was by reservation only. I was okay with that. I asked for the number so I could call and make a reservation I told her I would call tomorrow and place and reserve the dough. She shut the counter window and walked off. The next day, I had stuff to deal with in preparation for the wedding in the evening. I walked up at 10:30 and waited at the window. The same girl came to the window and said they were closed. I explained my situation and that I wouldn't be able to call back till later in the afternoon. She closed the window and walked off. Ok, so let me process this. The staff was there prepping for the day. And she couldn't spend 15 seconds reserving a piece of dough. It's cool if you want to hire employees like that. I told our wedding party, the hundred of us. Went elsewhere over the next three days. She was rude. Keep running your business like that. Good luck to you

One of the best if not the best in the hill country! Special hand made fresh dough! My #1 go to pizza. Nice courtyard to relax eating pizza, good wines and great selection of beers. Give it a try!

A wonderful pizzeria, freshest quality ingredients on hand made artisan Italian styled dough. Thoroughly enjoyed our pizza here and glass of wine/beer. A super selection of drinks to complement the food. A stunning location. Wonderful service and hospitality too. Highly recommended!

I followed the recommended instructions about reserving pizza dough ahead of time, so I ordered my pizzas 10 days in advance... it was well worth the wait! The staff was nice and the pizza was DELICIOUS!

Wow! What a great find for us! We stopped to charge our car and just happened to notice this little place up the block. It.looks like a repurposed old gas station with a cool outside seating area. Now for the really good stuff. They have a fantastic selection of wine and beer and make some great wood-fired pizza. The margherita pizza was classic style with a perfect crust and plenty of basil. Delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back

Excellent all around, pizza of course great! Nice wine selection. We called ahead to reserve our dough from over an hour drive away. Ty reminded us they were alfresco dining and to wear appropriate clothing. Enjoyed all! Heard about them while in Cabo 😉
