FANTASTIC hole in the wall diner built into an old fashioned small town drug store! Diamond in the rough, DON'T DRIVE BY, stop in and you'll thank yourself later. Get the 1923 burger or the Owlvis burger!

Great small town eatery. Service great. Food down home. Ruben was good and my wife's Owlvis Burger was delicious. Had to have a Root Beer float and wife had a specialty coffee. Limited seating so choose your time or bring your patience with your hungry belly. Eat at Owls.

So I’m from San Antonio Tx, my family and I were passing by and heard of this place. Amazing!!!. The scenery was superb, not only a pharmacy/Drug Store, the dinner was old fashion from the 50’s era, loved the Elvis Presley memorabilia surround the dinner, old antiques of everything you can think of was there. The FOOD was amazing, burgers and fries beyond 5 stars, friendly waitress Shania, was very kind and made the experience just as good as the food. If you are not a local like we are, you have to try this place. I believe the grill closes at 4:30pm. Thank y’all for having us, will be back.
I was on my way to Abilene when I noticed a small sign for this place. Decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I did. Wonderful atmosphere Quick Service and very tasty food. Hand formed Burger and crispy onion rings. 💯

Stopped here on our way to Austin and it was really good! Food was fresh and came out quickly. Only wish we were coming back this way because we would stop in again!
How drug is a local convenient drug store offering refills for all your medications and other dietary supplements also has a delicatessen sit down curbside service for drugs only and possibly food not sure!
I had the Owlvis burger. Absolutely wonderful. Make sure you bring cash to tip since their system does not allow for card purchase tips.

I'm a bit prejudiced. My Mom, Sister, Wife and Daughter have worked there. I actually met my wife there...she was the cutest waitress they have ever had! This is a truly great place...great help, service and awesome food! Their coffee is also outstanding. You gotta see and try their old fashion soda fountain! I'm not kidding...give Owl a visit!

Great owlvis Burger and French fries. Excellent chocolate malt. Service was efficient and outstanding. If you have a choice eat here. Food service stops by 4:30 pm
This place made me miss small town Texas even more than I normally do. The staff are friendly and inviting, the merchandise is well priced, and the breakfast and coffee are a perfect start to the day.
