Love the lavender coffee!! It's seriously the best. Service could be better, young kids that are inconvenienced by having to interact with you (don't ask what's in a coffee or for milk substitution you might ruin their day), but hey, the coffee is worth the drive and wait! I would recommend the coffee!
I dont know what the moon milk is but I can't stop dreaming about it now that I've had it. So good!!
This is thee best coffee shop in prosper/celina! Hands down the friendliest, nicest staff - coffee is always good. They always put a smile on my face!!!

It's a super cute location, and the staff was very kind ! We ordered the quarter winter moon lattes and they were so fragrant and delicious. Also got one of their dad hats, it was so comfy and cute. Would visit this location again or check out their other locations :3 Insane relaxation vibes and calming atmosphere 🧘♀️
Weird hours but good coffee
The Best Coffee in town!! Plus, I love that it’s nestled in our downtown square in Celina. It’s like a picture perfect scene from one of Thomas Kinkade’s paintings. Here’s my thoughts…SM’s Oak Roasted makes the coffee so smooth and free from the bitterness and acidity I find in other coffees. I love the current Cinnamoon Latte, it’s my go to! My other favorite seasonal (in winter) is the Roasted Chestnut Latte, and during summertime I’ll grab an iced Moon Milk Latte or a Moon Drop with its lemon twist. Both are so dreamy. Another favorable mention and a must have is their Vanilla Chia Latte, SO GOOD! Lastly, their Brew of the Month - Guji, is smooth and has hints of brown sugar. YUM!! Food is delicious, pair any of their drinks with their GF loaves, muffins, coffee cakes, or breakfast tacos. Sweet treats come from a local vendor and they are a perfect combination to my SM coffee. Staff, well let me tell you- they are incredibly sweet and friendly, they know their coffee and encourage your to engage with them. They are not your typical coffee shop experience like you might find at other coffee stores. The baristas take their time to ensure you understand their menu, engage with you personally and have you leave with a smile on your face. They might not have some of the common coffee drinks you might find at another coffeehouse, that’s because they are unique in their craft, and focus solely on their specialty of oak roasted coffee sweetened with their famous moon milk, making your drink taste like no other! Once you have it you’ll want more of it! The staff is always smiling, you can tell they enjoy their jobs and love serving the community and the people, they remember your name and your order, they invite you to take a seat and stay a while and you’ll always have a friend to visit with! This store is fairly busy, but you’ll still find a seat to do your studies or take your work to your laptop and plug away, or visit with a friend and catch up. Music is soothing

Their "moon milk" is a tad sweet for my liking but fortunately they offer the ability to order it in 1/8th increments. I get the 1/8 or 1/4 (depending on sweetness mood) summer moon (hot) as my staple. This is a Texas based chain which started in Austin. The celina location does a great job serving the local community. The small local vibe and unique coffee makes this a great place to get your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate fix. The pastries are tasty too!

I love the coffee and atmosphere. I just wish the hours were a little more consistent. I make the 30 minute trek to this shop regularly because I like it so much. It is MUCH better run than the Frisco location.
Love this little coffee shop and it's small town feel. There is another one in Frisco but having a sit down coffee with a great environment on our square is awesome. There are times when ordering as you come in can take some time and I typically recommend ordering online then sitting. They have a small play area for the kids and if you're looking to be in and out, there's a back area you can pull into. Always clean and friendly but no drive though.

I love Summer Moon. I go multiple times a week, and on the days I can’t go I use their coffee grounds at home. But when I go, I never know what my drink is going to taste like – I get the same thing, 1/2 winter moon, every time, but sometimes it tastes like I ordered no moon milk and sometimes it taste like I ordered a full moon. I will never not go to Summer Moon, but when I do go I want my drink to be what I order, consistently.
Definitely a warm and friendly vibe! The coffee notes really top the commercial competitor that’s just around the corner. Summer Moon is my new coffee house
