Renz was AWESOME. Food was great. Nice options. Relaxing atmosphere. Great kids options, just in case you have children with you.

Was waiting for 15min never got my order taken. Made multiple eye contacts with waitresses and still didn’t take our order.

$42 each for the weakest buffet I’ve ever seen. Literally nothing was good. They have oysters (weren’t edible) and didn’t even have horseradish. Well, we were told by one staff member it was downstairs but our server said there wasn’t any. Interesting. $120 bill for 2 drinks and 2 adult buffet. What a joke. Would’ve rather ordered pizza from dominos and drank beer in our room.

I have not been to the Hyatt in a few years, so did not realize this cafe was no longer open for lunch. I brought a friend to treat her to lunch for her birthday and was very disappointed to find this cafe closed for lunch.

The food was good and fresh, but what really made our experience was our server, Crystal, who went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She was amazing!!!

This restaurant at Hyatt Lost Pines is great for breakfast and dinner. Dinner buffet was slightly pricey though but very fresh.

Best shrimp bisque, best lobster mac and cheese, best lemon meringue, and best cheesecake I’ve ever tried in my life! I don’t even like cheesecake but I tried a bite of someone else’s and it was so fluffy. Tuna tartare was very fresh and a nice appetizer. Wedding was taking place outside the window so some of us went to watch for a minute :)

Restaurant is significantly understaffed for breakfast. They push you to buy the buffet and seem bothered when I asked to order off menu. I asked to order a croissant and tea. Server said I had to order full buffet at $27.50 or leave and go to the emporium to buy croissant. I ordered eggs and sausage and waited an hour!! Not a resort experience. We have had made 8:15 am reservation to avoid the crowd and had this experience!!

The atmosphere was nice. The property is beautiful to walk through. The burgers were excellent, they were using the menu for the restaurant that shares the kitchen next door. The staff was friendly. The wait time was terrible... my guess is they are dealing with the same problem so many places are and just can't find enough help..

We ate breakfast at the Firewheel and we opted out of the buffet and order ala carte. Texas shaped waffle, avocado toast, and the star of the show- huevos rancheros. It was awesome

Food has gone way down hill over the years. Been coming here every year for 13 years. Last year we were very frustrated with the quality of the food and this year there were several times that we were gagging. I skipped dinner upon seeing what was on my family’s plates one night because it looked straight up like bad school cafeteria food. No flavor, low quality meat. My kids wouldn’t even eat more than one bite of their desserts because they were so gross, like something stale out of a gas station.

I was visiting the area and due to everything going on I didn't feel safe going to a restaurant so I was happy to find that they were serving a Thanksgiving meal I took it to go actually even the drive into the resort was very peaceful and beautiful an added to the experience it was a great amount of food I felt like I was at a family member's house I'll go redid stayed on the menu there would be a salad and charcuterie and I did not receive that in the meals. I would have loved to have sat in the reception area by one of the two large fireplaces I have a very nice atmosphere there. Also I was very happy about the containers because they are very biodegradable and they used paper bags and not plastic

I brought my family of 6 for Thanksgiving this year. The food tasted great but it was very very very difficult to get any. We sat there for about 30 mins waiting for the 1st course which was a salad served family style, and the one salad hey left was enough for 1 person. They also left 4 dinner rolls, for 6 people. A good hour went by, and FINALLY they brought some food. They left a very small bowl of potatoes and stuffing on the table as well as gravy, and on a raised thing, as though the centerpiece, we some green beans, in the largest bowl. The meat “due to space”, was served by the staff and not left at the table. No one explained that you could request more, since there was definitely not enough food left at the table. There were also NO SERVING UTENSILS!!! We had one set of tongs for the green beans which we were trying to use for everything, but no serving utensils. It was bizarre. The issue in terms of getting food, is that rarely did anyone come back to the table and when they finally did, we requested more ham, beef, and potatoes. At least another half hour or more went by, and they brought ham and beef, no potatoes. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the potatoes. You had to eat everything essentially separately and what little was left on the table was cold. It was so poorly orchestrated & the portions were so small and almost impossible to get, it was obvious they were trying to underserve. The other huuuuuge issue was how unbelievably freezing/frigid the temperature was in the restaurant. I personally was so cold I almost couldn’t move. Other tables were complaining and I and my husband as well as some other poor frozen guy, went to stand by the gas fireplace for a bit. I finally reported this to the staff as I roamed around to find someone and they possibly might have turned the temperature up 2 degrees or so . I think there needs to be a system in place that first of all, ensures the food is brought out in a timely manner, that there’s a way to
