Our dogs loved their pup cups! My wife and I both got the Andis mint mocha frappachinos. They were so yummy!
Very friendly and found out they did their version of a pup cup. My dogs gave them 2 paws up.
The Chai tea was absolutely delicious! Flavored with honey, it was rich but not sugary.
Friendliest staff I've ever been acquainted with in a retail setting. Always pleasant and personalized service, regardless of customer volume. Beverages are always consistently GREAT !!!! DON'T FORGET TO TIP THEM 😁!!!

This was my first time at the Burnet location, and wow, you have some great employees. I was having a really rough day, and the person who helped me has no idea how much she brightened my day. Of course, the coffee was delicious too. I really appreciate the customer service I was given and will DEFINITELY be back.

The BEST customer service ever! The staff are always friendly, energetic and prompt with both taking orders and processing them! I love this place and I highly recommend them! P.S. ask for something from the Secret Menu for a change of pace! ❤️☕❤️☕
Only one at the walk up window, nobody at drive thru, 4 then 5 people inside, took forever for them to come take my order, only to get it wrong AND have to ask me to dig out my card again when my coffee was delivered because , "the wifi wasn't on the first time". Not impressed. Seems like since it's the only one in Burnet, they can just rest on their laurels. Maybe I'll open my own place😁
