Just visit this place for the first time, and whoever was taking my order can learn more about adequate customer service. I appreciate the service the human bean offers to Brownsville, but do not let it get overshadowed by poor customer service. Plus I asked for whipped cream in 4 of the 5 coffees ordered and none of them had whipped cream.

I gave it 1 star because I ordered an iced oatmilk latte that mostly looked like milk. I don't believe they used oatmilk since I got the runs and stomach pains right after drinking it. Dairy milk causes me to get sick like this! Not a good Saturday for me. Never again! 4/15/23
This granita was so good! I ordered it with sugar free caramel. The little chocolate bean complements this drink. I ordered a whole bag.
2nd time I've gone here ...coffee was amazing the first time ...today it was really strong ....but I wud definitely recommend...thanks

We absolutely love it here especially when the bean is given with the coffee. Its one of my daughters favorite places. I ended up getting the app for my phone because when we get the chance to we go here alot it was our go too for this passed spring break. Staff is super nice and friendly. It also took me a little while to figure out what a muffin top was too. But thank you so much to the human bean for starting most of our days!! Your little place is a blessing to many families like ours.
The Mexi-Mocha was awesome tasted like Abuelita Chocolate, only in coffee. The chocolate covered coffee bean was great to 👍👍
Ordered a 32oz caramel hazel mocha blended with wip cream and its delicious and it cost about $8. Good and fast customer service, there's a drive thru or a window if you want to get down and look at menu.

worst customer service experience ever. i get it, people have a bad day.. but that doesn’t give you the right to be ugly to others. The “Manager” (GIO) that took our order at the drive thru was in such a hurry to finish taking our order. Then i mentioned it to the girl in the window she said it wasn’t her. Then proceeded to tell GIO & both just laughed it off. ok cool. When we drove off we looked back & the same “Manager” GIO was sticking the middle finger out to us. soo unprofessional, especially for a small business like this. you should have better people working at your establishment. who would wanna come back after that. 😊

This place is by far the BEST! Excellent customer service and the Snowy Mocha is my favorite! My daughter loves the Banana Strawberry Smoothie! It’s a must every time we go!!!
